I went back in to pick it up, and there was just a sign taped to the store saying they couldn't be in that day. I tried again, only to have her tell me that I'd already picked it up. So I'm holding the receipt in my hand. The receipt that had been in my bag from that day until this one. She insists that she gave it to me. I'm not sure how she gave it to me when I hadn't been in the store, nor had the receipt. So yeah. She lost my stuff and then tried to blame it on me. Avoid her like the plague.

This made complete sense because the jeans were tapered to begin with and were originally 34"inseam cut to 27". My measurements were provided to them and done by a professional. Recommended suit size provided was 44xl. Since we are from out of town, we arrived late on Wednesday for the Friday wedding. My son had picked up the tuxedos and provided them to us on Thursday morning, the suit did not fit and was a 43long. I immediately called as my younger son had earlier. We were both told it would be an extra $30 each for overnight. Since when do you charge the customer when you make the mistake. When we talked he was very adamant that the extra charge was going to happen even though the suit size was wrong. How can I argue when the wedding was the next day. I debated wearing my friends dress because I hated mine so much. I reached out to a number of seamstresses in the area and KC was the only one to offer any help. I came in the next day -first with sad tears and left with happy tears. KC worked her magic! She was so helpful and FAST. KC was able to fix the biggest issue with my dress overnight and was done with the other issues the following week. I'm not sure how she did it but she is amazing and I will never go anywhere else. I don't think they're closed down there because all their inventory is still right there so it's just a case of catching it when it's open and the hours are massively reduced now so just be aware of that.
