Some 8 months after purchasing an add-on for the App Cat program...I find that Premier App Shop has been making UNAUTHORISED transactions against this same credit card. It's called FRAUD and even if you email them to stop billing you for products you haven't ordered...or that weren't part of the original deal when you purchase App Cat...they will continue to make these transactions. And emails to App Cat will go unanswered. I shelled out $200 for the App Cat program..."make unlimited apps...money back guarantee". My idea was to make an app to promote my small business. In order to get full functionality on Android devices, I needed to purchase an add-on at $39. I also made a few other apps for family members with businesses. Then all of the apps went offline...for nearly a month. Emails to App Cat went unanswered...no technical assistance whatsoever. The apps eventually went back on line (I'm guessing there was some sort of server 'issue')...but this time proved very costly. No emails to explain what had happened, nor any apology. Then out-of-the-blue I started getting emails from App Cat saying my apps were scheduled for "expiration" and I needed to pay App Cat X amount of dollars to keep them going. I sent an email asking why I was suddenly being billed...and for what reason. However App Cat didn't respond. Like another reviewer I also left a comment on another forum 'extolling' the virtues of App Cat...my comment was also removed. The company is based in Las Vegas, Nevada...so I'd hazard a guess and say the 5-star review in Yelp from Las Vegas ...is probably a staffer or a friend.
