Noticed Aji Dog after area at Metrotown was walled off for renovations last time I was there. Checked the menu and seems reasonable for a Japanese style hot do. Tried the port katsu dog ($6.99) and added 10 pc chicken karaage ($7.99) that comes with a pop when bought with a hot dog. The katsu dog seem a bit small, but packed with a piece of katsu with a hot dog. A bit messy with the sauces they drizzle ontop. The karaage was moist and comes with a side of mayo. Seating is extremely limited with 3 tables tightly placed together.

    Super reasonable prices

Very reasonable prices, delicious meal just a small venue if you want to dine-in. I ordered the Teriyaki beef dog and the cha shu dog. Teriyaki beef with seaweed with a hot dog below it and cha shu drizzled with sauce and hot dog below that too. There were only 3 small tables inside this place.

I love their gravy taste. Over the years, they just add less and less toppings. Thet used to not count tge number of pumps of gravy and just make sure it's all covered. Now theres only 2? pumps. The gravy still tastes good at least. A small scoop of cheese curds... almost too bare - you can see from the photos. Fries still taste the same. I was also here when you can sprinkle california seasoning yourself but now you have to ask for a packet and it's limited to 1 per poutine. Although it's a big packet, it feels like a waste because I don't use it all.

The fries itself looked a bit sad especially when you get to the bottom and it looked like it was badly squished. The fries are fresh but they are not wow. They don't add salt or pepper on them so if you want more flavor to them, you will need to ask or let them know beforehand. They have other flavors like cajun seasoning or California seasoning that you can request at no charge. We had our plain. Like I said I had better fries elsewhere in the past. Their fries doesn't wow me.

Located beside Hell Crust (former Fresh Slice) underneath Cineplex in Metrotown…read more Plenty of parking as it is inside the mall - has about 5 tables from what I can recall. You can hear the music from the mall , however i don't believe they had any of their own tunes playing. You can easily have a conversation here. However, because of the small seating/eating area, you will sometimes have other customers staring you down to leave so they can take your table. It's a busy mall I get it, but please don't be the person staring others down. Service was okay, nothing special, they greet you and you order , followed by waiting for them to call your order number. Ordered the Cowboy - with the fries and drink add on to make it a combo - and found it to be on the pricier end of things. After taxes and "Tip" it was nearly $25. Some may say that is average , it's in the mall , rising costs and such, which I understand. But I just didn't feel like the portion or quality measured up. Fries were okay , tasted like Kirkland Costco fries - nice crisp - however seasoned poorly as some pieces were way to salty , while others just tasted like a plain potato. The cowboy mentioned crispy onions - did not taste any of that - Spicy BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side. - the bun was pretty dry - and the fillings were lifted , and wasn't actually enough to fill the entire sandwich. Can of mountain dew - well it was a canned drink so it was fine. As there is tons of other food options in the mall - i will unlikely visit this one again. Hope everyone else has a better experience , if you decide to give it a go.

My order: -Japanese Style Cheesesteak: my personal favourite - juicy sautéed mushrooms & onions, aged cheddar, wasabi mayo and of course premium ribeye steak slices. It's saucy, and the cheese blend enhances the flavour. -Koagie (Korean Hoagie): Kimchi was good (not too sour or spicy), so I could comfortably eat it. -New Yorker: the classic if you don't want to venture away from a "normal Philly cheesesteak" - topped with fresh tomatoes and lettuce Overall, the hoagie roll was soft on the inside, and a good chewy texture on the outside. I reheated mines in the microwave, and it still tasted good several hours later. These cheeseteaks are more saucy than the traditional cheesesteaks, which I personally enjoyed as every bite was filled with flavour. Very filling - best to share if you want to try different flavours. I also really liked their assortment of cheeses (no fake Cheez-Whiz stuff, sorry if you like that though), I think they use aged cheddar, provolone, and some others in a cheese blend. They definitely don't cheap out, and use a generous portion of tender/sliced prime rib steak. All cheesesteaks are made-to-order on a grill when you place your order. -Onion Rings: skinny-style -Deep Fried Pickles: good thick cut of pickles to breading ratio -ACC Fries (Garlic Butter & Parmesan): classic thick cut fries with a very "potato-y" flavour -White Chocolate Blueberry Milkshake: quite sweet, definitely for people that have a sweet tooth Also, I definitely have to mention the house-made sauces, they're so good for dipping the onion rings, pickles, and fries (cheesesteaks were saucy enough, so I didn't need it there). My personal favourites were the roasted garlic aioli, smoke Chipotle BBQ (not to overpowering or salty), and mustard (real mustard seeds).

The location looks pretty shiny and new, like the rest of the food court. Staff were friendly. A&W has some pretty awesome (but expensive) onion rings. These are best had as part of a burger combo, as they are quite expensive when ordered separately. The Teen Burger I had was fresh, and the bacon was nice and crisp. They now have this whole hormone-free campaign going on. Not sure how effective it is, but my burger tasted pretty much the same as years past.

Looking up when you get…read morehere they have the statues of the 'burger family' and if you just want a burger from them, you can either eat here, or walk over to Station Square, on this day, we decided to come here. I'm always more fond of the self location ones more than the food court, and one of the reasons is how the burger comes out. We ordered two 'Teen' burgers, with fries, and when I opened the bagged package (for those of you who have never had a burger from A&W they wrap their burgers in a bag!!) the burger looked like someone was playing Cooking Mama on 'MAX' difficulty, and needed to just put the right pieces in the right place to build a burger. The burger pattie was almost half way off the bun, with the bacon sliding to the other side, and the top of the bun was barely sitting on this whole display of burger art. I should not have to re-position burger parts when coming to a fast-food joint! The fries came out fresh from the oil, as they were piping hot, something that always seems to be the case at A&W, and I will give them props for that. As I said, it's alright if you need the quick fix, but for me, I'd still rather go to their restaurant locations.
