It had been cut and was holding on with the pomade I had put it in my hair before going to try and keep it up so you could see the line. Your solution was a free cut next time... why would I come back again? I asked for a refund. I was told no. You did however think this was okay and saw nothing wrong with the haircut. As a "master" barber, that is very concerning for any future clients interested. I showed you a video of my hair before and how the line was straight. Instead, while sitting in the waiting area this past week, I overheard Dez arguing with another barber. During the argument, she told the other barber to "shut the * up" and called them a "stupi* id*ot" in front of customers, including children. What made it even more uncomfortable was that the receptionist also got involved in the argument. Watching employees argue openly in front of clients & children created an extremely unprofessional atmosphere and made everyone in the waiting area uncomfortable. This isn't the kind of environment I want my children exposed to, and I don't want them growing up thinking it's acceptable to speak to coworkers or anyone else that way. Getting a haircut should be a relaxing and positive experience, but that has not been our experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve the professionalism of the shop, but unfortunately, after what I witnessed, my family and I will not be returning.

She was better than I could have imagined. I had my first and second experience at a barber shop. I went to a big chain place. Paid a lot and they didn't do anything except make my beard shiny and get to sell me products. I went here after searching on Facebook. Seeing so many good reviews and out of minor desperation for my birthday weekend. I wanted to not look like a caveman. They didn't know this. I trusted Mary to do what she thought best. I just asked for about half the volume. And she did way better than I could have imagined. She careful, with attention to detail made my beard look better than it has ever looked before. All this for more than half the price of the the other place I went to. Give it a shot. I watched as I waited every single person with the variety of barbers walk out happy with amazing haircuts.
