Mind you, it was a $4.96 part. If they won't accept responsibility for something they did that is so incredibly minor, I can't imagine how they would act if they created a costly mistake. About a month ago I went in to get my flat tire fixed. They noticed I needed an oil changed and asked if I wanted to get it all done at once. I said go ahead so I wouldn't have to deal with it later. Turns out they charged me over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and never actually gave me any oil. I don't know if they removed the old oil and just forgot to put in the new, but a few days later my car started making really scary noises. I took it into my local shop where they discovered my oil was not even reading on the dip stick. Luckily I got it into the shop fast enough that my engine did not blow. Such a small, simple thing missed and I almost lost of my engine due to it. I'm quite upset with this place and will not be going back. To make things worse, we recently had a death in the family and I haven't had time to go in and complain to get my money back. Just beware of this place.
