From the moment he arrived, his presence was calming and reassuring, immediately easing the anxiety. He was gentle, warm, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. Although he is not a physician, his confidence, skill, and calm demeanor made me feel fully comfortable entrusting him with my son's milah. Because he is also an experienced reform rabbi, he brought much more than technical expertise. He delivered beautiful words of Torah and took the time to explain each part of the ceremony in a meaningful and accessible way. He was also especially attentive to making the experience inclusive for everyone present. In some Orthodox brit milah ceremonies I've attended, mothers can sometimes feel more on the margins, but here I felt fully included and part of the moment. I highly recommend him!

What truly sealed the day for me: at one point the pianist didn't show on time, and rather than letting things stall he simply engaged the guests, put everyone at ease, and bought us all the time we needed until the music arrived. That kind of poise, humor and presence under pressure said everything about the kind of person and officiant he is. Over the years since, our wedding remains something that people bring up--just as much for the warmth and light of Rabbi Rosner as for our vows. I was unsure whether as a non-practicing Jew married to a goy if it was appropriate to reach out to a mohel, but we were welcome with open arms and welcomed to Rabbi Sultan's temple. We had our bris today and it was very clear what we needed to bring, what was going to happen, and the procedure was quick and careful. I felt like I really brought my son to the right mohel once I learned about his technique and the wonder bandage, but the ceremony and warmth towards our family just made the whole experience really beautiful. I felt really proud to be Jewish today and am really happy that I made the choice to not only have a bris rather than just a medical circumcision, but that we found Rabbi Meir Sultan. Oh - and he even took pictures of us and sent them later in the day - all around a wonderful day. Would highly recommend.

Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.
