Everything went extremely well! I'm a returning customer and very happy with Tim's customer…read moreservice, knowledge, and technical skills. I initially called on AT Appliance in 2020 to service my refrigerator motor. When my refrigerator was leaking water this time (6 years later) I found my previous receipt of service and called AT Appliance again. They were very responsive and scheduled me for next day service. Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. I was pleased to realize this and also to experience the same quality work that was done back then. Tim really went above and beyond to deliver reliable quality service. His work is honest with transparency, clean and organized. I appreciate reading reviews of other customer's true experiences and wanted to make sure to write this review to share with others that are looking for a creditable appliance service. I highly recommend Tim's service.

They were polite, professional, reasonably priced, and very patient for payment (our fault hehe). The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! This is the second time we've used their services and will continue to do so, as alas these older but more reliable machines of ours are starting to show their age.

Great follow up and communication. Upon initial call, Phil followed up to confirm the appointment…read more He sent a message once he was on his way. He arrived promptly, began working immediately and diagnosed the issue with a quote. My refrigerator works like new. The freezer door closes securely without any gaps. It's actually refreshing to know that excellent service guys are still out there. We had our LG…read morefridge stop cooling slowly over about 2 days. First noticed the freezer items weren't as solid, so kept a close eye on it. I pulled out the fridge and cleaned off the coils hoping it was an airflow issue since it still felt cold inside. But then I put a cup of water in and left overnight and it didn't freeze. So I moved as much as possible to our deep freezer. We have a small fridge we use for camping so moved the fridge stuff into there. Our LG fridge is only 4 years old. We got a hold of Phil without even knowing he's an LG repair guy. He told us over the phone he thought it might be the compressor. Helped us look up the model number and verified he had the compressor in stock and set up an appt for the next day. We were able to verify it was still under warranty, provide the proof of purchase from Home Depot and everything was covered except the service call from Phil (more than worth it). He showed up the next morning, on time, ready to work, with the part. He verified that's what it was and then got to work. The compressor is normally an expensive repair. He had to drain the refrigerant, cut out and remove the old compressor, install the new one, re solder the connections and then purge and fill with the refrigerant again. He was done in maybe two hours. Not even a few hours later I could tell it was working and getting cold again. I had put a water bottle in the freezer and it was starting to freeze slowly. So now it's the next day, everything is working great and we are ready to use the fridge again. I can't recommend Phil enough. He was knowledgeable, professional, on time and prepared, did what he said he was going to do and let you know what was going on the whole time. Did what he needed to do and everything was good to go. We will definitely be keeping his info. I'm not even kidding, even though I was disappointed that the fridge failed in 4 years, I'm glad it worked out the way it did and I'd seriously consider buying another LG when the time comes to replace it knowing that Phil is available as a service tech.

They have an excellent on-line booking system. The tech arrived within the expected time and went right to work. He had my fridge diagnosed within 15 minutes, gave me the quote, then made the required repairs in another 15 minutes. These guys are good !!! NOTE: I was told to wait until morning before I put anything in the fridge. If I experience any issues, I'll let you know...however, their repair comes with a 1 year warranty, so I'll sleep good tonight.

We contacted Davis Repair about our Thermador freezer approximately five months ago. At the time,…read morehe was professional and pleasant. I specifically asked whether replacing the recommended parts would actually resolve the problem or whether we would be better off purchasing a new refrigerator. He assured me that once the part and the freezer lock were replaced, the issue would be resolved. Based on that assurance, we followed his recommendations and spent approximately $2,500 on the repairs. Fast-forward, last week, the freezer was again not working properly. I contacted him because, naturally, we were frustrated after having spent that amount of money. Instead of acknowledging our frustration, his response was, "It's not like it broke down in 2 or 3 days, it took 5 months." He came out again last week and charged us another $658. Unfortunately, the freezer still did not work properly after the service. The check has already been cashed, and we have now decided to purchase a new refrigerator. What is most disappointing to me is not simply the money we spent, but the fact that I specifically asked five months ago whether we should repair the refrigerator or replace it. I relied on his professional recommendation, spent approximately $2,500 following that recommendation, and ultimately ended up needing a new refrigerator anyway. I have already communicated my concerns to him and left the decision regarding the most recent payment with him. In my view, when a customer spends thousands of dollars following a repair recommendation and the underlying problem ultimately remains unresolved, it is reasonable to expect the service provider to acknowledge the customer's frustration and stand behind the work. My experience was that the interaction was pleasant as long as everything was going according to his expectations, but when I raised concerns about the results of the repair, I felt my frustration was not handled professionally. I am sharing this experience so other customers can make an informed decision before spending a significant amount of money on repairs for a Thermador refrigerator or freezer and I wish instead of relying on his advice I researched the issue more to see that maybe repair was not the way to go.
