Joseph searched on the DSW website, it says that "DSW accepts returns after 90 days with a receipt of shipping invoice for a merchandise credit. This applies regardless of the original payment method." I have been a DSW customer for some time. I love the store, the products that DSW sells. However, this experience shows a stark and severe contrast to my previous experiences. As a loyal customer of DSW, this surprised me. It really did.

I do not recommend buying anything from this store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for Black Friday, my order was not shipped for 13 days. It is impossible to contact them, there is no phone, AI answers the emails. Somehow I contacted them, they apologized and gave a $10 discount, which is ridiculous, and sent the package. I see that they sent it in partially. I am emailing them again. The answer comes with the attitude that the product is sold out, we returned your money. That's it. That is, do whatever you want, buy wherever you want and it doesn't matter that it was on a discount day. I told them that brands don't work like that and offer me an alternative. No, we sold out of that item. Communication is absent, even if you are lucky and a live person writes back, they communicate with attitude. So if you want your order to arrive on time and completely bypass this store. read more

your staff at akira old orchard il, because of the fact that have your dressing rooms dirty and they dont check if there is garbage or stuff left from other customers on the floor and seats embarrased my wife and a friend who is visiting from another country, checking her bag as if she stole something because when your male representative saw some ear rings on the floor, thought my wife had put some of those in her bag. i always shop in akira and my wife does too. but this upset me, also the attitude when she confronted them. please clean and be more aware of who you hire to represent your store, they gotta keep up with your rythm. this is a terrible experience as we are frecuent shoppers, but i will share this in every social media i can, because we are your customers and we want to be heard. read more
