Came here for a quick dinner. Just got the chicken kebab mixed with another chicken option and garlic naan. It was delicious. Seeing all the food I didn't think I'd finish but I did. Came with this yummy yogurt mint sauce. The flavors were strong but not overwhelming. Shortly after I arrived the place started getting busy. One guy was running the front. He was very very kind but a bit slow with service. I ordered a green tea that never came so I ordered a ginger ale. Then I asked for my yogurt mint sauce and well after several minutes I had to ask for it again. Overall, great little spot. Think it's better for take-out though.... read more

We had the chicken Bihari bites and the Halwa puri. Both absolutely delicious. And the naan: As long as my forearm and very light. Perfect with the food. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, always asking if everything was alright. The decor is bright and colourful with tables and booths. Inviting front of the house with plenty of dining space. The staff was helpful with providing explanations for the entrees. The pictures of the Chef's favorite pairings with each main course made it easier to make our selections . . . My only complaint was the amount of chicken served with my meal. I asked for a meal portion & came out as an appetizer. Make sure to be specific about your portions. I would suggest the hot tea with your main courses!! Honestly, amazing food. I ordered for takeout, but couldn't do it online for some reason, so decided to go over to order, my food came out super quick in 20 mins. The place is a little dingy, looks very unassuming, but the food...o m g. So good. They chicken was not overcooked, and guess what, I asked for super spicy and they actually honoured it. I am surprised with the bad review because I had a different experience. I had a leaking gas fireplace that I did not use for a year. I asked last year Newtown Fireplace and the first thing that come out of their mouth was that the visit was $200 just to come out. I don't like these lazy experts that want to work less and earn more, and slap the price to your face first thing. This year I decided to bite the bullet and find a solution. Found some techs on the Empire website (my fireplace brand). One of them made sure multiple times that I understood the price: $300 the first hour and $150 every half hour following that. What kind of scammers want to rip off people with those prices I don't know. Blazing Hearth was the closest tech and the best experience with lots of surprises. Short story: I paid $0. Longer stody: I called a couple of times and managed to talk with Sandy and Rich. Price is much more reasonable, around $100/hour. On top of that, Rich was the nicest guy a DIY like myself could talk to. I had already checked the fireeplace for leaks at multiple points and joints. Could not find anything. A guy with experience checked it, too, and could not find it. So, Rich explained to me that there are essentially 4 places where it could leak, and proposed that I look into a few other places. He spent nearly half hour the first time explaining how the fireplace works and sharing his thoughts. I put on an appointment for two weeks later and started checking the new places Rich asked me. After checking and checking, I found the leak way back in the pilot tube, using a borescope camera and my son's hand to put soap water back there. All happy, I called Rich the day after and explained him about the leak. He actually told me that it should be very easy to fix, again removing my fears of trying to do things myself. The next day, I opened the fireplace and after spending some time I managed to tighten the ferrel nut that holds the pilot connected to the tube. That was it, the leak was fixed. I put back the places and done. All for $0 so far, although I we Rich at least this good review. I could not have done this without Rich explaining things to me and making things easy. It's the opposite of other experts who typically just want to make money and will never make things simple for the customer to try. So, my experience with Blazing HEarth is: absolutely great. For a DIY-er that has the tools and the desire to learn, it is great to deal with Rich. I am sure other customers may have problems, delays, etc., like the only other review here mentioned, but for me it's been better than a serivce. Will probably go and just hand him a tip for the help. read more

Just Rude! I had filled out the form for a call back to schedule an estimate. Someone left me a message the next day so I called back. This was 2/18/22. The person needed more information even though I had written that I had some cracks in the liner. Anyway, I got asked, "So how do you know there are cracks in the liner?". My response: someone checked it and that is what I was told but I need someone to come out and check. Then the next question was, "Well, who checked it?". My response: a friend of my brother's (who is experienced with this by the way). Well my response to that very irrelevant question was laughter. Yes, the person on the phone began to laugh. So I called them an idiot and said never mind before I hung up. First of all, my request was for someone to come out and check my fireplace and tell me what was wrong with it and give me an estimate for repairs. Why does it matter how I think I know what's wrong and who exactly gave me that information? Lesson learned: if my fireplace needs service, don't even think about this place; they clearly don't need the business. Because why call the fireplace people to tell them what I need if they are the experts? read more

Awful experience. This place installed my fireplace originally, I had negative experience back then. I debated to call this place to service my fireplace and should have known better, the owner is temperamental, a nutcase. He came to service my fireplace and I was not told it need parts. The owner should have been able to determine that when he serviced the fireplace. Turns out there are parts needed. We decided to go ahead and order parts this was October 2020. He supposedly ordered the parts, I called to follow-up 3 month later and left multiple messages. The owner finally got back to me 6 months later and told me there are COVID related delays, he was sick etc. That was well understood. I called back again to follow up regularly leaving messages on regular basis, no calls back- ever. Now its 1 year later its November 2021, its 1 year later after the beginning of this SAGA and still no parts, no callbacks. How does someone run their business this way? ITS COLD now I would like to use the fireplace and I cannot. The owner has zero decency! Do not go here, use another fireplace dealer who actually would return phone calls and be helpful and not leave you stranded in the cold weather! read more
