But the white sauce has chunks of SOMETHING and it creates one of those party in your mouth experiences! I'd buy the sauce by the gallon if I could!

I was completely embarrassed and mad about a large order for 20 people that was delivered to a Drs. office last week. The chicken parm and pasta were ok, I think since I had no complaints about that. BUT, I ordered a dessert tray with cannolis, cakes, tiramisu, and cream puffs. When I walked into the lunchroom to meet with the Drs., the staff yelled out "Don't eat the cannolis!!!" Turns out the cannolis were spoiled and not edible like they were made the night before and left unrefrigerated? This incident spoiled the ENTIRE lunch and return on investment = $0.00 Although I got a FULL refund from ezCater, I didn't move any business with the Dr's office, so it was a waste of my time AND theirs! Goodbye Crespo's.
