Wow...just Wow…read more Eleven years with this insurance agent and I never filed a claim for the house or car. Paid all of my bills on time. I took a job in another state while my Husband has stayed at the house in Ohio. I changed my car policy to the new state, but kept the house insurance. Then the harassing phone calls and emails started - Is the house on the market, is it empty, how can it not be empty if you moved? Somehow they believed I needed to confirm every 3-6 months that my house was not for sale. I explained the situation a couple of time (was actually asked if I was getting a divorce - Yeah, they are that awesome at customer service). When I called and asked for the emails and phone calls to stop since I would notify them if I put the house up for sale as my policy required - THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY MID-TERM. Wow... Please save yourself the hassle and find an insurance agent that actually cares about you and does not harass you. Henry's Insurance Agency will probably cancel your policy for no reason too.

I was hesitant to trust another insurance agency but Henry Insurance treated me like family and I have been extremely happy with them. They found me a great rate with a great company. Ever since I moved to Ohio and had my State Farm policy switched from Kentucky I have had nothing…read morebut bad experiences from this particular State Farm Office.... I moved to Ohio on June 6th of 2015 and went in to have my policy change, about a month later they call my sister who I was living with at the time and asked if we wanted my vehicle charged to her name and policy!! So I had to visit them, turns out they never finished completing the files for my insurance and the former office I had been with was charging me late fees!! I angrily paid them in full and went on my way. About a week later I side swiped a parked car, it took them 3 days to get me an appointment time, when the state farm agent finally came to look at my vehicle the person was an hour and a half late almost making me late for work and would only mark me to get my bumper and a scratch down the passenger door fixed while it was clearly seen that my steering wheel was upside down and oil was leaking everywhere, caused by the collision, I later had to pay out of my pocket $500 to State Farm and then another $800 to get my sway bars and steering box replaced.... THEN!! in May of 2016 I moved into my new place changed my address on the site and also had to get a new bank card, they sent my bill to my old address!!! Charged me late fees!! and raised my bill $50 a month for reasons the last two months!! The new charge I have been seeing on my bill says "Policy change" but I never requested a change and I'd like to know what the "Policy change" is but every time I call no one answers and all I get is a voice mail, I hang up, try again, no answer. I'm done with state farm.... This office has given me the worst experiences of my life.... State Farm will no longer have my services or referrals........
