Try the pizza veggie for 6.99 you can't go wrong!! It was so tasty and fresh, it literally tasted like my moms pizza. I love it. The lady was really nice, and we were really well taken care of. She kept checking up on us, which makes you feel like they really care about their clients. I also love love their meat keba, which is basically is fried meat ball. Get it with the lebna to dip it in. As for the meat pies, I had better elsewhere so that is why I'm taking down one star. But overall we got our food pretty fast, and since then I did a couple take out orders with no decline in the food quality. read more

Great new place. New owner changed everything in the restaurant. He added a lot good Turkish food on the menu. Staff is very nice and helpful. I tried "Pide" which is basically flatbread with staffing. Chunky beef and Soujuk is the best. Definitely recommend this place. read more

First of all, I'd like to mention how welcoming the workers are here. The chefs and waiters are so considerate and kind. The food comes quick even for how much you are getting. HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE Customer Service! This place really deserves 0 star, unfortuantely, I have to give at least 1 per Yelp policy :( Stay away from this location if you care about your health and/or appreciation for your business because this people will not! It was the very first time when wife and I decided to try their food because we were happened to be at the area. It was late at night and these people were the only ones opened at that time. Since we had not much of a choice, we decided to go for it and it turn out to be a biggest mistake of our life! We brought our food home and wife started to eat her Shawerma sandwich. After eating half of her sandwich, she decided to unwrap the bread to see what's inside. Right away she screams because there was a DEAD FLY INSIDE! I am really not joking or lying and I am dead serious about what I am saying. Again, there was this DEAD FLY which was also fried along with the other ingredients and it was inside the sandwich! My wife wanted to file a complaint with the city right away but I told her to wait and hear the owner's side of the story first. I just wanted to give benefit of the doubt to the owner/chef and get over it. After finally getting hold of the owner 2 days after the event, I told him the whole scenario. He started to acting like I am lying or something like that. He did apologize but it was not sincere at all! He told me to come to the store for refund or replacement. I went to the store and his staff gave me the rudest and unfriendlier welcome I have ever received from anyone. Specially, this guy at the register was giving me all this negative attitude even though I was not taking out on him. All I did with him was asked for the owner just like it was told to me phone. After waiting for 15 mins or so, this guy with dirty apron appeared from the kitchen and acted like he didn't know anything about me and why I am there for. There was no apology or anything like that what so ever for what I have gone through even though he clearly saw that I was upset and I also told him that all I want is my money and will never come back to his store again. He did give my money back without tax and I left not fully satisfied. I told my wife right away to complaint with the city which she did because these people did not deserve any of my courtesy or benefit of the doubt. Again, since these people are busy they will not care about your business or your problem at all! So it is up to you to still go here. I've been coming here for YEARS!!! since I was a little girl my family always came to Al Sanabel for breakfast and as a middle eastern (who eats homecooked meals regularly) this is probably the best place to get manaeesh! Everytime I come here I say I only want one thing and then end up ordering 3 or 4 and take home left overs!! I highly highly HIGHLY recommend spinach pies! We happened to come across this restaurant by chance. Was shopping in the area and walked in without checking any reviews. We got lucky! The food here is sooooo good! We had the Kofta, Mujadera (rice with lentils and topped with fried onions), labne, hummus, and a Turkish boat with ground beef. The kofta came out with hummus, salad, and rice on the side. There's quite a few "bakeries" around the area that start with "Al" so don't get confused! First, this isn't a really a bakery. Sure they have some sweet baked goods, but it's more directed at their pizzas. There are similar bakeries nearby but due to the later closing hours of this location, I prefer this one. I wasn't too hungry so we ordered 2 pies- the Zaatar and Labneh ($1.99) and the #12 ($2.99) I forget the name of #12 but it was ground beef with spices topped with more beef and pickles. I liked the meat one better than Labneh because of the flavor explosion! Completely affordable and delicious. If we were hungry, my bf and I could share 3 pizzas and be full. Excellent! The food did not disappoint. The chicken was soft and perfectly seasoned. the Humus was good and the salad was crisp... You really cannot say anything bad about this place. The second time i came I ordered a spinach pizza and a chicken and cheese pizza. I must admit I expected a bigger pizza. They were given to me rolled up like a gyro since I was ordering it to go. Either way the pizzas were good but the chicken was just a bit stale for my taste. I get the feeling this is where the locals who know this type of food go because it's not as flashy and modern as Zait and Zataar up the street. The food here is wonderfully flavored, fresh, and feels healthy! The restaurant is clean, well lit, and welcoming. Food wise, I really like the babaganoush here.
