Are you FU**** kidding me!! Don't ever go there! Took my vehicle somewhere else and it wasn't even my transmission! They are garbage!

He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves .

My first mistake was when I came to pickup the truck he waited until I already paid to tell me I would have to come back the next day for the transmission since he was still "draining the fluid". I gave him the benefit of the doubt but the next day he then claimed he didn't know where it was at that moment and asked if I could come back the next day. After that day he quit returning any of my calls. The company that sold me the new transmission required me to send in my old one (for a core charge, a common practice) and since I couldn't they charged me an additional $300 and voided the 30k warranty I purchased. They didn't adjust the shift cable properly on install and it ended up breaking the plastic assembly on my shift cable a week later while I was at work. These guys got lucky I was in the middle of moving out of state when this happened or I would have had the time to stand outside their shop making sure every customer saw the absolute headache they were causing me. If you are the owner of this shop and want me to remove this then "find" my phone number and see if you happen to stumble upon my transmission for me to pick up.
