Repairman did not show up for his appointment and he does not answer his phone nor return calls. I made this appointment some time ago.

Found them through Yelp while I was looking for a washer repair earlier this year!…read more My washer just randomly stopped working at the beginning of the year, and Baseline Home Maintenance was super quick to come out and help me get it fixed. Pricing seemed reasonable, the technician was in and out in an hour or so, and my washer has been working great ever since! Would highly recommend.

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Fixed some minor issues with my Wolf range & KitchenAid dishwasher as well as the ice maker in my KitchenAid fridge/freezer - all major, expensive appliances to replace. When my beloved Whirlpool washer stopped draining a month later, he replaced the pump. He is thorough in troubleshooting, clear in communicating the problems & solutions in an understandable way & goes out of his way to make it as affordable as possible. I feel like I get fast & premium service for a bargain price! I'm a very pleased client & won't use anyone else. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!

I can't recommend Shane highly enough…read more I called him at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday, and by 12:30 p.m. he was already working on my refrigerator--even after driving down from a job in Park City to my home in the valley. He was incredibly thorough, inspecting every part of the fridge and taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He showed me what needed to be fixed, why it needed attention, and answered all of my questions. He even went above and beyond by cleaning the back of the refrigerator at no extra charge. Shane is friendly, professional, and clearly knows appliances inside and out. On top of that, his pricing was shockingly reasonable. I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service, honesty, and expertise. Thank you, Shane! I won't hesitate to call you again, and I'll be recommending you to anyone who needs appliance repair.

I would avoid doing business with this company. Our oven was throwing a fairly common error from a…read morefaulty part. Looking around on the internet for that error code for the oven model provided a clear cause for the issue (replacing the user interface board). This is not a cheap part (~$400), but there was enough consensus from online sources that I decided to order the part anyway. It came and I installed it myself (a simple matter of plugging the cable into the back of the control panel). Unfortunately, the oven threw the same error even with the brand new part, so I decided to schedule a visit from a repair technician. Quality Appliance Service was easy to schedule, and the friendly tech (Leonard) arrived. I told him about the error code and the symptoms we were experiencing. He listened and explained the exact issue and resolution that my own online research had produced - replace the control panel. I told him I was happy to hear that I wasn't wrong...but that I had just replaced that part with a brand new OEM part yesterday. At that point, the service took a bad turn. He said that the most likely explanation was that the new part I just received was ALSO faulty. I didn't think that was very likely at all...but I agreed that it was possible. I told him we could try to swap the part out for ANOTHER new one, but that I wasn't really learning anything new from his visit. He then did his best to read the manual for my oven model and interpret the error codes...which again is not what I was paying him to do. I ordered another replacement part while he was reading the manual on the off chance that I happened to receive a bad new part from the factory. Either way, I asked if it would be possible for us to schedule a return visit with a senior tech (after the 2nd new part arrived so we could eliminate a faulty replacement as the cause of the issue) so that we could get some answers beyond what I was able to discover from my own google search and reading the manual. (I have nothing against the fact that he was younger and didn't appear to have much experience, but I felt it was reasonable for me to ask for a second opinion from someone who could provide a more thorough assessment.) Unfortunately, he said that wouldn't be possible. The only way I would be able to get someone with more experience to stop by and help evaluate the issue more carefully was if I paid Leonard, who is clearly on the lower end of the experience spectrum, to replace the part at a healthy markup (he quoted me over $700 for the same part). And then if at that point, the repair didn't work, a visit from the senior tech would be possible. So I was prevented from getting the expert service I felt I was paying for because of a silly (in my opinion) policy. No exceptions would be made, despite my best attempts at reasonable negotiation. I don't blame Leonard. He's not making the rules and was doing the best he could. But there was no wiggle room or reasonableness from the manager he was speaking with to see if there was a way to resolve the situation. So now I'm doing my best to document my negative experience so that future potential customers know about the risk. I'm a very unsatisfied customer whose respectful and reasonable attempts to work toward a solution were NOT reciprocated.
