We had to call our clients to cancel their appointments. This is hard during a pandemic when it's already slow and now this is money out of our pockets! This company is rude and unprofessional. I literally was told to walk outside and around the building in the pouring rain to get back to my car because I wasn't allowed to use the elevator I just used to get in. (Ben Moore paint is high quality, it's just a preference.) Keith, Pam, and the whole staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and above all: patient. I typically come in with at least 2 of my 4 kids in tow, and it doesn't even phase them that I have to stop mid-sentence to grab my kid who is trying to escape to play in traffic. I'm really impressed with Pam's color coordinating service-we wanted a big change this year when we had our exterior painted and she was up to the challenge of finding something eye catching and a little out of the ordinary while also matching 2 slightly different roof colors (we have a detached garage). She's honest about what doesn't work! She won't just go along for the sake of it-she really wants your house to look nice. I really appreciate that.
