Great meal from start to finish! Greeted immediately and seated quickly. Everything made from fresh ingredients on site - hummus was creamy and served with a nice, thin pita warmed in the oven. We shared a sampler platter and the server encouraged us to switch the rice for the Jasmine rice - highly recommend! We enjoyed a very tender chicken on the rice with two beef Kibbie skewers and a delicious salad. Not to be forgotten, dessert required a tour - Yum!! Surprisingly pleasant and cozy atmosphere for a small strip mall. Our server was prompt, friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. I had the falafel sandwich, which was the best I've had since moving to Ohio. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. The restaurant is just over fifty miles from our home, so we don't get there very often. It is now a must stop for us when we're in the area. read more

I have been fan of this establishment @ Union center Blvd for last 2 months. however today ordered Chicken Salad and to my surprise after eating 2-3 bytes found a dead fly. Informed waitress about it. They didn't charge for the Dish. Otherwise this place has very unique menu. Will never eat any kind of Salad in my entire life. After hearing rave reviews from co-workers, my boyfriend and I decided to try Aladdin's instead of our favorite gyro place. We both ordered the Mediterranean Shish Kabob Plate, and he ordered a side salad with "Aladdin's Dressing". The description of the Mediterranean Shish Kabob Plate is as follows: "Char-grilled lean beef tenderloin served with seasoned white rice with vermicelli, sautéed pine nuts, almonds, and a hint of cinnamon. Your choice of Garlic Sauce or Tahini Yogurt dressing. Pita on the side." The Mediterranean Shish Kabob Plate with yogurt dressing came out first. It was basically plain ol' sirloin tips with very bland rice topped with nuts and cinnamon. No other spices (i.e. spicy or sweet) to complement the cinnamon flavor. After my boyfriend was halfway finished with his plate we were finally able to flag down our waiter and ask for our pitas and salad. Pitas did not help that bland mess and my boyfriend commented that "Aladdin's Dressing" tasted more like bug repellent. As we were finishing our meal, the place filled up with elderly people, and you could tell even though there was plenty of staff they still could not keep up with these slow movers. Perhaps it was the haphazard ambiance of the disjointed dining space. IF YOU WANT POOR SERVICE AND BLAND FOOD FOR A TALL PRICE, EAT AT ALADDIN'S! read more

I've heard a lot of great things about Aladdin's, but I thought it was just ok. I went for lunch during the week with a co-worker, and it was fairly busy. Our waitress was good enough. She gave us recommendations since it was our first time, which was nice. But she forgot to bring a side of garlic sauce, and she never came back to check on us, so I just ate my food as is since I didn't have time to wait and wait. The food itself was good, and its a healthier option compared to all the fast food places in West Chester. I got the shish kebob wrap. It was grilled beef tenderloin, onions, tomatoes, and the aladdin sauce. Over all it was flavorful and I liked that the wrap was a little toasted. But having like 4 chunks of meat in the wrap makes it harder to eat. And the amount of meat was kind of slacking for the price I thought. Overall it was a decent quicker lunch that I would probably try again when I'm over in West Chester. read more

Aladdin's Eatery takes it to a new level with their emphasis on using only the healthiest ingredients, making everything in the healthiest way. But health does not mean tasteless - far from it! I found everything - hummus, falafel, chicken, beef - everything to be delicious. I mentioned to the lady taking my order (blonde lady with shorter hair-used to be a nurse) that I was not feeling well and she made me a super yummy vegetable juice that helped me feel much better. Aladdin's is my go-to vegetarian restaurant in the land of chains. I know it's a chain and I'd prefer to skip chains, but with the limited options in West Chester, this is as good as it gets. They have good fresh food and lots of vegetarian options. And, Greek food... hello! I love Greek food. I usually get the vegetarian platter, but I sub out either hummus or baba with a salad, because having both is just too much creamy dipping-ness for me. The diwalis (vegetarian dolmas) are awesome, falafel is average, and the baba is pretty delicious! Beware if they ask you if you want hot or garlic sauce because they charge extra for both without telling you. They also have good (huge) pita salads and vegetarian and vegan soup options (the V-nine and lentil are great). And my husband and I always get the mint tea with our meal. It's divine. We've never had dessert, but the case is always a temptation... lots and lots of cheesecake. read more

Wonderful menu with a great variety. The prices are good but our service last night.....yikes!!! We were seated quickly and had our drink order taken quickly. My wife's tea water was warm, not hot and no spoon. We ordered our diner and waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Others were seated after us, got drinks, dinner and desert, paid and left. We waited, and waited....... Finally, the manager came by and 1/2 apologized and told us it would be awhile longer. He didn't like the looks of our meat and/or how it was being prepared. We were very close to leaving and then our dinner finally arrived. Our server was a nice kid and clearly embarrassed by the situation. He told us that he (the manager) would take good care of us. I guess that meant a free piece of cake because that is what we got. I'm not sure we will be back anytime soon. read more

My husband and I are in love with Aladdin's! We find ourselves going almost once a week (which is pretty good considering it's a 30 minute drive). We have consistently have had fantastic food and service to match. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Often we have had Trent as our server, he never lets your glass go empty and he is very attentive. If you have never eaten at Aladdin's you will be hooked after your first experience :) read more
