Key points: - Very professional - Showed you was was wing with plumbing - Gave a set price for the whole job, no extra fees and charges - Cleaned up any dust from cutting the drywall - Insulated the new piping - Showed me how to cut water off to house from the main line - Gave tips on what to do when on vacation with water heater and water main All in all, a pleasure to have GPS to remedy my plumbing issue. I had come down with a respiratory infection. I looked inside my AC unit and could see black mold of some kind. I asked a Facebook group for a recommendation for cleaning my indoor unit.. Got a PM from a Jordan from "don't sweat it". He came and said my unit needed cleaning and the duct work needed to be replaced. At the time made sense. Mold would be in both. He quoted price of $8250. He told me while his crew was installing the duct work he would come and clean the AC unit. They came (about an hour late) ripped out old duct, ( every vent had junk fall out of it all over every thing) replaced the duct at ($2000 pr hour?) packed up and started to leave. I told them Jordan said he was going to clean the inside unit while they installed the duct work. They called him, then said he told them to wipe down the unit? ( they said to clean the unit it would take 3 hour and cost several hundred dollars more) One of them did that while the other one took a push broom and swept the the floors of the rooms but, didn't cleanup the stuff off the the furniture or counters. What they did sweep up they just dumped it in my yard, not 10 feet from my trash can. When they turned the AC on in my house it filled with a chemical stink that they said was from the mastic they used so, I should run my AC with all my doors and window open for a while. ( It took more like a week to get the smell out). Then to top it off they left me the permit for me to call in for the inspection. So, looking for someone to clean my AC unit and got the old bait and switch for an $8250 duct instead and no AC clean.

Bad connection, he says he'll call back. Never hear from him again! I texted him for a status update No REPLY! I call the office. Girl is friendly, but can't give me any more info other than the inspectors now want a drawing of the building, showing the work proposal. (OH yeah, 'work proposal', something they still haven't given me!) Oh, but their billing department is RIGHT on top of things!! They had a bill in my email within a day of the 1 day they actually showed up to do something! A little info and clarity when things come up would go a long way towards my work schedule planning. My house in Palm Bay, FL was built in 2007. Late last year a previous A/C & Heating company from Orlando mailed me an offer $59 discount for A/C service. The technician told me that my A/C was old and near the end of its useful life. He said the inside unit needed to be replaced $3500. The other option recommended was an entire A/C system replacement $10,000 to $15,000. I WAS NEARLY RIPPED OFF. The Cool Tech Technician (321-837-3531) informed me that my A/C System was manufactured in 2016 and likely installed in 2017. He charged me $65 for the complete job.
