When he was writing down the info for my car, I showed him the web special on my phone and he was able to give me the discount. It took about 25 minutes for my smog check to be done. It probably would have been done quicker but there were a couple of people ahead of me. They did a few chairs inside for you to sit while you wait. If you were planning on using the web special, I would recommend calling them just to make sure your car qualified for the discount before you go. I thought I might have needed to call a few times before someone picked up but they were quick to answer my call. I noticed the guy actually carried the phone with him when I was there. The only downside about this place was that they charge you for a retest if your smog check failed so that would be something to consider if you decided to come here.

At first I ignored those reviews, but now I understand what people meant. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and basic customer respect was missing.

Both times my vehicles were in good condition and should have easily passed. However, the technician was searching around for any small issue and manually entered something into his system that caused a failure, then required me to return and pay additional $28 for a retest. Which I'm not going to do. After the most recent incident, I went to another smog shop and the car passed without any problems. I'm familiar with cars, and based on my experience I can tell you that "visual inspection" is 100% BS. I will not be returning.
