I'm glad I went here because prior to this I went to the Euclid dentistry and they told me I needed 4 root canals ! I went here and she showed me the x ray and they just needed fillings . They take great care of all of the details and even provide sufficient documentation so I can get reimbursed for care to submit to AFLAC. When I called to make an appointment, the woman helping me would not tell me whether my plan included the two free dental cleanings it advertises. She kept saying that I first had to come in to be examined by the dental hygienist, who would then decide what type of cleaning I needed. At my appointment, they took X-rays, and the dentist came in for about five minutes. He didn't seem interested at all, said I had no cavities, and then left. Next, the dental hygienist came in and told me my gums were red and that I needed a "special" cleaning. The same woman who scheduled my appointment came back and said it would cost me $1,400 out of pocket, even with my insurance. I declined, and suddenly the price dropped to $300. I declined again, explaining that my dental plan includes two free cleanings per year. She insisted that it didn't and even tried to get me to sign up for a credit card payment plan to cover a treatment that I don't believe I needed. Please be careful with this dental office. In my experience, they tried to pressure me into paying a large amount of money for dental services that I didn't feel were necessary. I would never recommend this office because the entire experience felt misleading and untrustworthy.

In this visit all was good they worked good not a bad experience. 3rd visit is where everything went to shit. I had an appointment at 8am they called me saying doctor wouldn't be in till 9 if I could reschedule. I got there at 9am doctor was already there working on someone else. So from the start they lied. I waiting about 40 min bc they were short staffed. Then they sat me down waiting another 30 min or so they came numbed me let the numbing take effect probably waited another 30-40 min while they work on not one but 2 other patients they came back started working on my left side (deep cleaning and fillings) The doctor was working in a rush and the whole time he kept huffing and puffing (assuming it was because he was stressed about not having his usual assistant) then as he's taking of the metal pieces used for filling he cuts my lip. (I am diabetic so this is extremely dangerous for me) I needed a minute to gather my self because I was in a lot of pain. They go and work on two other patients again. Finally he comes back and starts again. At the end she's making all kinds of excuses that my lip got caught bc it was dry! So it was my fault? I told her if he was working slower and taking the time to check before he does something we wouldn't be in this situation. She keeps making all kinds of excuses. I had already paid for my wisdom teeth to be pulled out in next appointment. I ask for a refund she tells me to think snotty it bc I'm mad at the moment. I say no I want a refund. She did give me a refund. I was there at 9 in the morning and left at about 12:32pm. The total amount they worked on me as about an hour! The rest was wait time! They used the excuse that they were under staffed which makes no sense the manager lilia or Delilah something like that is usually just sitting at a desk the only difference was that she was working with the doctor so if they had her helping him what's the difference? Last time it was doc and 1 lady and this time it was doc and 1 lady! They were not under staffed just making excuses!

I decided to try a third time with a Prosthodontist and found Dr. Swamidass. He listened to me, addressed all of my concerns, and gave me the smile I didn't know was possible.
