Dr. Castro is an Orthodontist. Love the fact that there's an in-house Ortho. I don't have to wait for a whole month to get advise or walk-in incase of emergency like some other dental office. He's compassionate with my child during the procedure. He explains everything clearly. Didn't feel pressured at all to make deci$ion. Besides the X-rays he takes camera pictures of the patient's teeth. The front staff is efficient in reminding you of your appointment. The forms are digital. The back office staff is thorough with their work and pleasant to my child. Privacy is a bonus. Patients are separated in real rooms. Not accordion walls or half walls where other patients can see you in your ugliest angle. The waiting room has coffee and water and some mint gum. Pleasant experience so far. Front staff very nice, dental pricing changed from one week to another. dentist's was very devious and wants you to choose what he wants and what is less work for him! Didn't want to apply braces instead he was really pushing to get you to choose liner's instead of braces with such an attitude. In the end basically said he doesn't want to do braces anymore and I quote he says that "it is too much work go somewhere else" So if anyone needs or chooses braces over liners don't go to this office!! read more

Here is my story. This morning my day started like any normal day. Sat down to have my breakfast and one bite into my breakfast I knew something was not right. Somehow I had lost part of my molar. So I called Dr. Castro's office. I told them my problem, spoke to Stephenie (wonderful receptionist). She offered me the options to either schedule an appointment or they could work me in that same morning. Needless to say Dr. Castro and staff were wonderful, taking care my needs and making sure I was not In any pain. I been going to Dr. Castro now for over 15 years and there is one reason for for that. I was a little anxious at my first appointment here because I had previously seen the my previous dentist my whole life until he retired. However, I ended up having a positive experience. The staff are all so kind and along with Dr.Castro do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. He's very friendly and takes the time to explain things as well as answer any questions or concerns you might have. The equipment they have is very impressive and the environment itself has a nice modern feel to it. The atmosphere was very positive which helped me a lot as someone who does not look forward to going to the dentist to say the least. I blame the older movie "The Dentist"(1996) for that fear/anxiety surrounding going to the dentist . I came into the appointment kind of on edge and scared of what to expect but they helped me feel completely comfortable and as a result I was able to stay calm and more relaxed while he was performing the dental work I needed which I sincerely appreciate.
