One belonged to my mother and had been repaired multiple times elsewhere but still wasn't running properly. Scott carefully diagnosed the problem, corrected it, and brought it back to life. My grandmother's clock was an even greater challenge. It had been restored over the years with replacement parts, missing components, and numerous obstacles to getting everything working together correctly. Scott never looked for the easy way out. He patiently worked through every issue, custom-lengthened the metal pendulum, evaluated the weight distribution, and fine-tuned the clock until it kept perfect time. What sets Scott apart is not only his knowledge but also his integrity. When I got my phone back they said they tried two different batteries without success and that something was wrong with my phone. They returned it to me with no battery in it.
