This is an absolute no... We walked in with our daughter, they did not greet or even acknowledge us. One was on her phone (literally talking on her cellphone)the other was deep in her computer. We signed in, and we took a seat, waiting for them to give us paperwork or at least ask for our insurance and they did not. We waited 20 minutes and it took for us to say something to them for them to say "one minute" while another girl clocked in. The girl came in, asked our insurance and during that time she talked crap about people to her coworker. The entire front desk experience led us to leave before receiving care. I'm sure the care quality would have been rude and awful if we continued. I believe you're going at your own risk. read more

They made appointments for my two special needs sons. Then when I called to verify the location several days before the appointments - I was told that their appointments had been cancelled bc they don't see adults for cleaning. Yet they knew they were adults when they made the appointments and they had me fill out new patient paperwork ( which asks for personal information). The office worker who refused to give her name gave us the corporate office number to file a complaint and hung up on me. Major abuse happening Some of the employees are great but it's roulette. My daughter had an experience today that finally wrapped up my view on this place. First issue- cancelled both my kids cleanings and blamed me for their portal cancelling it, I was told I should NOT confirm with their online system but to call in to confirm appts lmao!! Second issue- waiting over an hour PAST appt time because they schedule as many people as possible at one time frame and throw the kids back there to sit another amount of time as well. Gave them another chance but this third and last issue- some new tech they have employed thought it was cute to use bits that's were still sterilizing and let the patients know that she didn't wait at the other place she was at for them to be done sterilizing. She didn't know how to clean teeth with braces on them and admitted my kid was her second patient with braces, she tried to floss with regular floss on my daughter teeth with braces, let my daughter know profusely that she isn't doing something right even though no new cavities and my daughter has spent hours in the bathroom cleaning her teeth because she has anxiety about messing up her braces but makes sure she made my kid feel like crap. Then she was LOUD and clear to let her next patient know that her last patient (my kid) wasn't as good as her. She tried to tell my daughter that it's impossible to be born without wisdom teeth only to turn to a coworker and ask if that's possible....Probably shouldn't be questioning yourself in front of patients that can fully understand and are able to completely record what you're saying.. btw she was born without wisdom teeth and it is completely possible and common. My kid left in tears and when I tried to tell another employee they wrote it off like it was nothing and totally ignored what I said I guess I should have yelled and made a scene. Her gums are bleeding, she has holes all in her lips. She no longer wants to even go to the dentist so thank yall so much for such horrible service and help. We will be going elsewhere for sure now. Bedside manner matters no matter who you are. Being a prick isn't going to keep customers. If you trust your child back there make sure your child does NOT get the "blonde" karen hair cut, heavy set, fake tan looking employee, run! This is the worst dental I ever went to, all they care is about how much money they can make from customers. Although the prices do seem reasonable/cheap for dental but the service is completely horrible. Their service is terrible, I went there for an X-Ray they said I have multiple cavities. But, once I did swap dental and did an X-Ray I found out I had no cavities. They lied straight to their customers faces just for more money they make. Dental are supposed to help your teeth get better not destroy them by removing parts of the tooth because you so called have a cavities when, it's just a lie. The dentist there should get their license removed, because they're giving false information to customers. Just for a couple dollars more per visit of theirs. I would highly recommend choosing another dental beside this one, especially because their employees and staff are all money hungry. Rather than treating their customers rights and always giving false information. Never come to Frank Dental & Braces, because you're going to have the worse experience of your life. read more

I was happy with this location. The people at the front desk were nice and took my son straight to the back. They said I could watch him through a round window, but he's 20 so I didn't think I needed to do that. The waiting room is spacious and clean, and they have free bottles of water and coffee. There are two television sets showing cartoons for children. They also have a play area and (I think) a video game station. The doctor that treated my son was very nice. Sadly, I can't recall her name right now. She said his teeth couldn't be cleaned because he needed a deeper cleaning requiring sedation. Making an appointment for that was easy. After that, she said he'll need some cavities fixed and his other two wisdom teeth removed. Then, we can move on to braces. Medicaid does not cover dental care beyond age 21. So, if your kid is 20, like mine, get it done! They said the sedation cleaning will cost $218, but the fillings and wisdom teeth removal are covered 100%. There is no coverage for braces. read more

I liked their service, I didn't want to book the appointment until I knew if Both parents were allowed. I was given the impression that both mom and dad could go in. When I arrive they said that only one parent could go in. We give this rating because I strongly believe that a child should always be allowed to be accompanied by both their parents. It's critical for child development for children to experience everything with both parents. We had a dentistry that did allow both parents but unfortunately they stopped accepting her insurance. Now on a hunt again, unless Franklin Dental changes that policy and allows both parents in. -Thank You read more

The Lilburn location is one of the worst offices you can ever go into the ladies at the front are extremely rude. I watch them talk to another patient a elderly woman, as if she was a child. Absolutely no respect. They don't respect your time. Try not to be stuck in traffic and get here late. They will reschedule you and they will reschedule you at least a month out but trust and believe that you will be waiting and they're waiting room for at least an hour after your appointment waiting to be seen and when it's time to see someone, very unpleasant. I definitely will not be bringing my children back here. I was speaking to the hygienist and mid conversation she changed the subject and started talking to my four year-old as if I was not talking to her. read more

UNORGANIZED. LING DRIVE FOR NOTHING!!! I drove 50min to and from Lilburn/lawrenceville location twice for extractions and both times received no extraction. Also waited over a month for these appointments. They had records/xrays that they said they didnt have which determines the service. So no service. Only for someone to confirm at the END of 2nd apptmt (rejected) appointment that they DID HAVE MY COMPREHENSIVE XRAYS. However,staff is nice and Docs were professional. Amazing experience, aside from the wait time I can actually enjoyed my time here. The Doctor and her assistant were amazingly caring and careful and also very kind! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 4 years due to a horrid cleaning experience, and from that I developed a dental phobia. After coming to Franklin Dental they have relived that fear!
