He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. When he left for the evening, the project was not complete, but we agreed he would return to complete the job.....But, he never did. I called him several times and attempted to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, but he could not find a date that worked for him. He stated he had other jobs to do. I am very disappointed that Joe did not compete the job or follow up with an attempt to complete it. I finally got tired of calling him to schedule.
