Staff was very friendly; honestly if I could give this place a 3.5 and the other location a 3.0, I absolutely would. The bathrooms were fine though only 3 stalls which became an issue when the lounge was this crowded; always a womens bathroom queue as you can imagine. It's a bummer that Amex has taken away companion option. Since we were already pretty late - there is so much we could eat/drink. Given we had a long red eye flight - we decided to go in. The guy was sweet enough to offer me a free entry. In retrospect that makes sense - what are they gonna do with leftovers anyways. May just earn some positive PR - and they surely did from my end. I took his permission if I can put him on a review. Talking about lounge - pretty good ambience, have been to other Seattle airport lounges and this one is the best. The food on the night was average but loved the carrot-turmeric-shot. The cookie were also pretty freshly baked. I would recommend trying Egg Salad which was probably the best dish this night.

This club is further down by A11, so you can still go to the other at A3 if you're not at the further end of the terminal. The club at A3, I give 4 stars, btw.

Food is about the same as the A1 club with a few extras. Being on the far end of the A concourse this club already seems quieter than the A1 club between the A and B concourses.

Easy to find, quick to get in, and plenty of seating without the usual airport scramble. The space is large with multiple seating areas, so you can pick your pace, quiet or social. The food was excellent. It was Greek day and they had Greek salad deconstructed, pita, chicken, Shawarma, falafel, and other Middle Eastern delights plus a couple of nice soups. The staff here was kind and efficient. I was able to get a mocha from the barista as soon as I walked in. The lounge is a wee bit dated and on the smaller side, but I enjoyed it and as soon as the screaming baby left after about a half hour, it was much quieter. This was a good place to spend 4 1/2 hours on a layover.

I got here a little early for a morning flight, and the lounge was fairly empty and quiet. In the center of the lounge, there is a bar where you can order drinks and they will also make you specialty coffees as well. There are also two automated specialty coffee machines in the other side of the lounge where you can get a latte or mocha of your choosing. Probably the most amazing part of this lounge is that it looks towards the main runway, and you can sit and watch aircraft takeoff, and land from a very comfortable seat. There was lots of food options, but I didn't want to overload too much so I opted for yogurt and granola just to hold me over. The seating options are plentiful from cafeteria type of seating with tables to eat and large lounge chairs to just sit back, relax and watch through the floor to ceiling windows. Thankfully, I get two passes every three months from my credit card so I will make it a point to visit this specific lounge next time I'm flying out of this airport.

Lots of power and USB outlets available. The food was average this time with tomato bisque soup, ginger chicken and rice, pad Thai salad, vegetarian wrap, cold cuts, fruits, 3 desserts (brownies, chocolate chip cookies and some fancy poundcake) and a ham slider. Food was just being replenished when I wandered through. Full bar in the back for those who wish to imbibe a bit before their flight. There are some flights of stairs or escalators depending on if you need to go up or down to the trains so beware of that. Other than that, we were able to go from a gate in North Terminal to a gate in D Terminal in about 10 minutes quite easily. I'm sure there are a bunch of new stuff here but I literally saw two gates and a train while I was here. So until next time!

The Alaska lounges have improved a lot recently but they're still not A tier options - but they are each an oasis compared to this aging dump. The Club lounge next door doesn't have the good food options but the interior is far more spacious and they actually have air conditioning.
