They have so much to choose from. They happened to have some doggy donut samples out, which immediately grabbed my attention. One doggy donut quickly turned into several because I have three dogs and there was no way they were going to share. The fresh treats were such a fun touch, and I loved seeing options like donuts and cookies available right in the store. AK Bark has a really nice variety of dog toys, clothing, accessories, and treats. Everything was easy to find, and the store itself was clean and well stocked. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No pressure, just good vibes and great customer service. If you are looking for a place to spoil your dog or dogs a little, AK Bark is definitely worth checking out. As always my German translation, for anyone else who is bilingual out there. Aus einem Donut wurden dann schnell mehrere, weil ich drei Hunde habe geht das Teilen nicht, also habe ich zwei zusätzliche gekauft. Die frischen hunde kekse sind wirklich eine tolle Idee, und ich finde es super, dass Sie Sachen wie Donuts und Kekse haben. AK Bark hat eine richtig schöne Auswahl an Spielzeug, Kleidung, Zubehör und Leckereien für alle Hunde. Der Laden sauber, übersichtlich und die Regale voll. Das Team hat das Einkaufserlebnis noch besser gemacht. Alle waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Verkaufsdruck, einfach eine angenehme Atmosphäre und richtig guter Service. Wenn man seinen Hund oder Hunde ein bisschen verwöhnen möchte, ist AK Bark auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

My husband dropped her off and gave him a full tour and showed him where she would stay (in a HUGE room with a couch and all.) Not only was the place super clean, but everyone was so kind! I just discovered they take pictures and post them on their Facebook EVERY DAY. I'm WOWED to say the least. When I went to pick her up they also gave me a tour, and she just looked happy as can be. 10/10 I'm so so happy with them and thank them very much for taking care of my baby!

He had never gone before, and I wondered how he would be socializing with other dogs and being away from me. I have had the absolute best experience with Happy Dog Day Camp! My pup is waiting at the door at 6am to go play with his friends! He is tired when he gets home, and I feel very safe leaving him there overnight. (Sometimes, I think that he'd rather be there then at home. lol) The prices are the best in town, and you can drop-off / pick-up any time. You don't have to have a set schedule, which makes a world of difference as far as my own schedule. The owner, John, is always welcoming, excited, and knowledgeable! The girls who work there are also so kind and ready to greet Romer, even at 6:30am in the morning. I highly recommend this place and tell everyone I know about how great it is. If you have a pup/dog and want him to have a fun day, this is the place for you!

My puppy died at this facility! Terrible and heart breaking…read more The second day my puppy was at this facility (Happy Dog Day Camp) on Tudor, she was brought to the local emergency vet dead. Equally appalling and unacceptable is that it took the owner approximately two days to get back to me in regards to what happened. It took 15 days to finally find out what happened to my dog and APD had to get involved. My 5 month old puppy was attacked by another dog, and according to the autopsy, died a traumatic death. There are no cameras at this facility that could have put an end to this tragedy. There are no words that can describe the pain my family and I have gone through. If you love your pets, do not board them here.

Turned into a bit of a nightmare for a week, had to have the state vet retest my flock and when that came back negative, we immediately shipped them off. When they arrived they laid eggs on my truck after a 10 hour flight. They're very happy hens, Loved how ravenwood staff were so attentive with my flock and my situation. It's not a giant store but so far they've had what we needed all but one time, but were able to make do with something else there. Most recently I had to get the Cone of Shame for our boy and I opted for a soft cone, rather than the hard plastic e-collar. I debated on sizes and when I got to the register, the gal asked me about my dog and let me know that if it didn't fit to bring it back to exchange it. She was really nice and has been each time we have been in there. I would be docking them a star due to the prices but I won't; they're definitely higher than some of the big stores but I still choose to go to Pet Zoo because of location, locally owned and customer service!
