My fiancé was in a horrific accident which caused him to fracture his jaw and knock out the majority of his teeth. What teeth were left were mostly broken. During the process he had jaw replacement. After the healing of his jaw, he was ready to start working on replacement of teeth. It was an extremely complex case which was turned down by some dentist. After meeting with Dr Lasko, we realized we had the right person and the right team to support us. Almost one year to the date, several implant surgeries, quite a few caps. We had permanent teeth place this week.He now has an amazing smile and can finally get back to a normal life. We highly appreciate the professionalism and support provided us over the last year. I highly encourage any cash-paying clients to check prices of other dentists before spending money at Alba dental. I needed a "deep cleaning" which I was charged $1,000 for, which I did because I was having pain and didn't know better. Since then, I got an offer from Alba in the mail, $99 for cleaning and X-rays. I called around to other dentists just with a few miles that only charge $300 or $400 for a "deep cleaning." I am leaving two stars only because I did really like the dentist & her staff. I'm sure they are used to clients who think little of spending $1,000 instead of $300, but I am not one of those people. read more

My mother in law and I went to get our teeth cleaned, because we received a $99 cleaning coupon in the mail. They did the old "bait and switch" We were both grossly overcharged... by 100's of dollars!! We got extra cleaning but weren't told how much until afterwards. Total rip off!!! Don't go !! read more

I just finished a cleaning appointment at Alba Dental and as always they perform beyond my expecations. Pega is the best hygenist and very professional. I enjoyed any time meeting with her. My teeth love her as they never bleed after she treats them. LOL. She not only checks every time while cleaning but suggests how and where to brush more efficiently. I never thought that I would say "It was a comfort to go to the dentist". Elonia Lasku is the greatest. My teeth are finally bad ass. Elonia is wonderful and she help me change my my smile and how I present myself. Also I am Disabled and she helped sooo much in the Insurance department. This office is extremely unorganized and dirty. The front desk secretary even assists with procedures (I had never seen this before). I also received mail to my address for a different patient. Clearly the office is not concern with privacy. The office will try to upsell you on additional services and gives prizes for referrals (I suppose there would be no referrals otherwise). The cost of services is excessive compared to dentists in the area. I will not return and would never recommend this office to a friend, family or anyone else. read more

When I went to another dentist in Scottsdale who accepts the same dental plan the fees were much less and there was no sterilization fee. I have had nothing but great experiences here. If I still lived in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area, I would still be going here, but unfortunately, I moved too far south. The staff are always so friendly and nice, with clear explanations of insurance/billing, and the dental assistants are always super friendly and informative. They always do a good job with the cleanings and xrays and giving tips on how to better my teeth health, and Dr. Lasku is a great dentist! Always explains things, makes sure you're comfortable, and always so informative. After you get work done, she'll ask you how you feel, and if there is any discomfort, she'll go in right away and make any necessary adjustments. I definitely recommend Alba Dental! read more

Absolutely the best dentist I've been to in my life - which is actually only the second dentist in my life! I had the same dentist from age 5 to age 36 on the East Coast; but when I moved here, I needed to find a great dentist that I could trust and have the same (or similar) rapport with as my last dentist of 31 years. Now that is a difficult task to fulfill! HOWEVER, Dr. Elonia Lasku and her staff really made a great impression on me from the moment I started going to them. They take their time with me and are very thorough which is very important to me when it comes to medical issues including my teeth!!! They answer all of my questions and concerns and absolutely make sure I don't leave without all the information I need to make better decisions about my oral health. I'll try to keep this short....the BEST dentist I've ever had. Honestly, at first I was skeptical, because I couldn't believe all the items she suggested in our treatment plan. We visited our dentist in the Midwest religiously every six months and each time, things were "fine" "no problems". Well we relocated to AZ and were due for our cleanings and had found Alba dental and thought we'd give her a try. After I picked my jaw up from the floor because of the disbelief of what she found we called the next day to make our appointments. Bless her heart she let me comfort my 13 year old who had several teeth that required work. She also knew that I had prior dental assisting experience. When she was done with removing the decay, I couldn't believe what our previous dentist had call "fine". She did an amazing job with both my daughter and myself. Her up-to-date knowledge and chair side manor are far beyond professional and I would recommend Dr. Lasku to anyone. Her staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable as well.
