The old super was ok, but Victor works hard and really cares. The manager is also doing a good job. They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. Victor helped the school kids paint the Joker stairs next to the building. It was really nice to see them encourage and be part. This is a good company. They care about the building and the people who live here.

I tried a search with someone else, but ended up feeling like a customer in a diner. Just giving my order. If I asked an opinion, I got "it depends on what you like" in reply. I hate that. Kenny took the bull by the horns. He asked my priorities, preferences, and budget. He built out a search based on our discussion. Importantly, he went outside what I THOUGHT were my preferences. I thought I wanted a house. I was wrong. After a day of showing me houses in my price range (they were nice, but needed work...), he took me to a townhouse. Gated, pool, clubhouse.
