I ordered two new menu items to be delivered: the Balsamic Chicken Greens and Grains and the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich. The greens in the salad are advertised as Romain and crisp mixed greens, with a whole grain mix of Farro and Rice blend; what was delivered was lettuce with uncooked grains that looked like birdseed. I asked for no cheese on my Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich. I received some shredded chicken and a few pieces of wilted spinach, not even enough chicken to cover the bread.

This place is clean just like any other Panera . Busy place on a Monday lunch time. Fast service. Food is good for the price. I was never a fan of sandwiches until recently. I would recommend if your in the area of Ocala , FL

The bread is made fresh on site daily and they have a new calabrese salad with strawberries that was delicious. I opted for the half chipotle chicken and avocado sandwich and calabrese strawberry salad. The entire meal was delicious and the wait time was minimal. My wife had a similar combo meal with a drink. My only complaint is that Panera bread is getting awful expensive. Our lunch was almost $28! For that much money we could have had steak at outback. While the food was very good, I was left wanting a few more bites at the end.

I was traveling and really wanted I came during a weekday morning after rush hour. I normally don't get coffee but decided to get one and it was cold. There was about 5 people here. I asked for a egg And cheese sandwich. They made me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The lady was nice and said she made the wrong sandwich and then "made me another one". I went to get the sandwich and i opened it to put ketchup and guess what is in the egg.. a small piece of bacon. It looked as if they just took off the bacon and gave me the same sandwich. So I bring it to the managers attention that there is still bacon and she tells me it's a piece of a burnt egg.... but they would make me another one. Note I am highly allergic to bacon and I don't feel that I need to tell this when asking for a simple egg sandwich. The ciabatta bread I asked for also looked somewhat burnt and small. Glad this panera bread is not my local one because I would not return. Highly disappointed and definitely not the high quality that panera always has at all their locations I have been to.

Hardly any chicken salad or tuna in either of our sandwiches, mostly bread. Missing mozzarella cheese in French onion soup, very mediocre!!

It's a small, unpretentious but pleasant atmosphere. The staff is great. It doesn't have Banh mi sandwiches, which I was hoping for, but we ordered the bun tom nuang (vermicelli BBQ shrimp) and it was fantastic, and for a decent price.

For her it's good as the Pho's are gluten free. We also ordered the veg. Spring rolls with tofu (extra $1.50). We each had an order and they were very good. The dipping sauce for my wife was GF and tasty as was the peanut sauce. This all being said, we both felt that the Pho's were ok. We were hoping for a bit more flavor. The server didn't write the orders down and very typical as when not written, something is incorrect. She left off the fried onions from my Pho and had to request them. The goodies of basil, bean sprouts and items were a bit shy for us and after asking for more, the server brought more at no extra charge. Very nice! The food was sufficient and filled us up! Would we come back? Maybe not for a while. We were hoping for a bit more Pho flavor. We would give them 3.5 stars this time. Sorry....

Chatter noise was low enough Iwe could reasonably talk together! She started with a french onion soup, steamy and thick, obviously homemade!! I had a lobster bisque with baquettes. She then chose the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes & green beans. I had the braised short ribs Mirepoix, garlic mash potatoes & csteamed carrots with short rib reduction! We topped the night off with a delightful PRINCESS DIANA'S Taste of Ocala award winning Bruleed Bread Pudding w/ fresh berries & Amaretto , Almonds!! Btw, the Chicken fried steak is offered every Sunday. Our server, Joanne, was excellent and very knowledgeable!! The only downside was about 3 items unavailable due to heavy traffic on Valentine's Day on Saturday. The tables were candlelit, clean, and seating was comfortable. However, this ramen was just as good, and I ate it right away. This was one of the best-tasting broths; I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu. The black garlic oil was smoky, rich, smooth, and lingering. It doesn't have that "garlic breath" bite, but it stays with you. The "umami bomb" profile sets it apart from standard varieties that only an authentic ramen place can do well. It was incredible! The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and the chashu was delicate and melt-in-your-mouth. I appreciated the separated noodles from the broth to preserve its texture. This place is a gem, and I wish there were places like this at home. The restaurant was clean, service was quick and friendly, and there was plenty of parking.
