Great breakfast burritos and rolled tacos. Fast but not too fast if you know what I mean. They make good fresh food.

Found a snail in my shrimp quesadilla! I opened my quesadilla to get the ingredients out and put in some tortillas I had at home because the tortilla was extremely greasy and found a snail. It was beyond disgusting! I never write reviews especially to put a business down but this was unacceptable. I pray others have a better experience and check their food before consuming. Friday night, late. The sign is low, but visible. It's only accessible from one side of the road. You might have to make a u-turn. The parking lot is good and clean. The building is clean and in good repair. Inside is clean and in good repair. The staff is very friendly and fast. I asked if the cashier recommended chicken or beef? Definitely chicken. I had three crunchy tacos with chicken and a fountain soda. The tacos were excellent. The shells were crunchy and fresh. The taco was stuffed with excellent chicken, lots of vegetables and fruits, and a mound of cheese. The drink dispenser ran out of Dr Pepper. The cashier apologized, filled my cup from behind the counter, and refilled the dispenser. The tacos are a little expensive, but the tacos' contents offset the cost. read more

my mixed review is based on the dryness of their meat! perhaps i went at a bad time, but i ordered four types of meat: carne asada, pollo asado, carne asada, & adobada (but they were kind enough not to correct my butchered pronunciation of the last one). no tenderness noted at all. sigh. however, i will give this place another shot since they just opened this week. . like in a month or two. plus tacos are kind of like sex--even when it's bad, it's still kind of good. read more

I'm so torn right now the food was good but the order was wrong : ( A few co-workers went to pick up lunch and when they got back they realized that they had been given someone else's order. This is a new business, just opened yesterday I believe, and from what the co-workers said it was soooo busy. Even though we didn't get what was ordered, the food was amazing, next time I'll just be sure to check before I leave to make sure the order is correct. The original order was: Carne asada torta Two orders of Carne asada fries California burrito Steak burrito Three horchatas What was actually received: Two carne asada tortas Two orders of rolled tacos Three horchatas I ate an order of rolled tacos, which were really great (piled high with guac, sour cream and cheese). One co-worker got the correct order (carne asada torta) and said it was really good. Another co-worker ate a torta and also said it was amazing, but wishes that he would have been able to try the Cali burrito like he ordered. Last co-worker ended up with the other order of rolled tacos and enjoyed them, and is planning on going back to try the burrito that she didn't get. I'm hoping to go check it out again once the crowds diminish a bit and they can work the kinks out. read more

WOW! This place is great! I often get their carne asada fries which are absolutely incredible (but you should probably share if you aren't a big eater!) and the tacos are also amazing. Tons of cilantro and onions-- yum! read more

We've been here before - the food is pretty decent for fast food. What's not decent is that the cashier didn't have his mask on when we got to the drive-thru window this past Saturday. When he saw my horrified look from the passenger seat, perhaps that prompted him. He put his mask on but only covered his mouth, not his nose. He took my husband's credit card, went away, and came back to the window. My husband asked him a question about our order, and the cashier PULLED HIS MASK BELOW HIS MOUTH TO RESPOND. Are you freaking kidding me?! A couple minutes later, when he brought our food to the window, he again wasn't wearing his mask. Moral of the story: don't eat here when there's a global pandemic. Worth the wait. Absolutely phenomenal food. Carne Asada fries were incredible (even hours after ordered and cold!) according to my roommate. The service is very good especially when you take into account how busy it's been. Food was served quickly and correctly, I will be back... again... and again... and a few more times at least! This place uses too much water, onions and bell peppers in their shredded beef. No chips and salsa with your food that's extra.

Has a wait but never felt things weren't moving along. The carne asada fries are worth the money and probably my favorite asada in the valley. I was able to have the chicken chimichanga thanks to my boss buying us lunch and it did not disappoint. The chicken was not the typical shredded chicken but rather grilled whole chicken chopped up into pieces with a nice red sauce on top. The first time I went here I got the Vista California burrito and the fries were completely raw in the inside. I went back because it was still a good burrito. Now every time I go the fries in the burrito are perfect and it's a perfect place. One thing, if someone asks for no cheese, make something without cheese don't just pick the cheese off of a taco cause you're too lazy to make a new taco- my sister came here with me once and she got a taco with no cheese, she ate it without thinking and there was cheese bits on it and she got really sick. So basically, if you don't have allergies go here, if you do, I wouldn't risk it. read more

They have really good options. I went through the drive-through. And they looked very clean inside. Service is fast. I've tried their enchiladas and tacos. They are both pretty decent. I really like the rice and beans the best. Lol oh and the Horchata is amazing read more

It was great in the beginning but the last few times I've gone, the hot sauce has been watered down. It will be a good long while before I think of trying it again because this type of mex is pointless to eat without hot sauce. Their spicy carrots are still pretty good though. read more

I went for a breakfast burrito. It was a burrito in the sense that it was wrapped in tortilla, but was not filled with breakfast! There was maybe 1 egg, a little cheese, a sprinkling of ham, and loaded with fries. Tons of fries. It was a french fry burrito with some breakfast flavor. Very disappointing. read more

I'm from San Diego and this has to be the closest place to a real southern cali taco shop. Everything on the menu is good. The burritos are awesome! It's basically just meat and guac, some people might not like that but that's what taco shop burritos are like in SD. Carne asada fries and the wa quesadillas are good too. This little restaurant opened couple months back and it is still my #1 Mexican food go to! We have a lot of Meixcan food restaurants here and this tops them all. Yes I know some dishes are maybe better at different restaurants, however I have not had a bad experience here yet. Their meat is always seasoned perfectly and their food is always tasting fresh and mouth watering. Their horchata is the bet in town! 3rd time trying this place. Can never seem to get what I want. Always hard in hearing. Buritos over kill of beans an rice barely meat.

During COVID-19 this became a standard lunch stop. The last 4 orders were wrong. We had missing food (forgot to put it in our bag), cold food (asada was cold in burrito, they did not even warm it up), requested chips with nothing on them, side of salsa, received chips with Pico de gallo, making chips soggy, and I ordered 2 beef enchiladas and 1 of them had no meat (only onions and peppers) and the 2nd one had 1/3 meat - complete disappointment. Most recent experience was a machaca burrito that ended up giving my husband mild to moderate food poisoning. It's a shame because when they first opened food was wonderful, now it is mediocre. Will find new place to eat. read more

This drive through Mexican food venue is amazingly good. I wasn't happy about Ridgecrest getting yet another Mexican restaurant, because we have so many! However this one needs to stay & others need to go! This place is authentic! I ordered the mini street tacos and a burrito California style, held the french fries out of it and everything was delicious! We will be returning! I only wish they had a printed menu to choose from so that it makes ordering faster. Lines are long which only means that their food is awesome! It would be wonderful if they would include some desserts on their menu and everything would be complete! We shall return! read more

We ate there for the first time I had the Carna Asada plate it was alot of food. But the Carna Asada was the worst I ever had.. I couldn't cut it with the plastic knife given to me, the color of the meat was weird but the flavor was nothing, yeah nothing. The flour tortilla had more flavor then the meat. So my wife says add the salsa to the meat, their salsa bar had 4 types of salsa. All of them tasted terrible. I wanted to return the meal for something else but my wife was too embarrassed for me to.
