Alberts tree service was great! Called on Tuesday to get a price, they were out in an hour. Price was very reasonable for what I needed done. They said they would be out Wednesday by 8:30, which they were, and were done in 1 1/2 hours. My neighbors down the street actually recommended Alberts tree trimming service. Since he was working in our neighborhood and I needed tree trimming ASAP I gave him a call. I am extremely happy I did! I called Sunday night thinking I would just leave a message for a call back during normal business hours. This is my second review of this company. I wrote a review in November but I don't see it. I feel compelled to write again because I truly appreciate their service and their work. We had to have a large banana leaf tree removed because we noticed its roots were starting to grow under our cinderblock wall and the wall was starting to shift. With time, not removing the tree would have caused significant repair or perhaps replace costs. Albert, the father, came to us the same day we called him and quoted us a reasonable price. The day of removal, my husband and I watched these guys cut the tree down and then use their heavy ground saw to begin cutting up the roots, which was quite extensive considering the size of the tree's base. All debris was completely removed and hauled away. You would have never thought a tree once stood in that spot. The level of service and work we got this time was even better than the first time when we only had a few trees trimmed down. I don't see us going with anyone else for our tree trimming and removal needs. Also, both Alberts and their crew is very knowledgable about different trees and shrubs and pointed out other "problem" trees we should consider removing to avoid greater repair costs down the road. read more

So after the service I had my front graded and went down about 3 inches. The service found some of the stump and roots still in the ground. I called Albert and asked if they could help me out as the initial grinding was good, but since we went further down we now had exposed stumpage (not sure if that is a word?) . Albert was very respective and advised that they would be out before the weekend to take care of it. They did come and removed the stump plus additional exposed roots. I am taking the time to write this because Albert had already been paid, so he did not have to go the extra mile, but they did.
