Everything is fresh and in abundance. They have these cherry tomatoes called "Flavor Bombs" and are so good and sweet. Plus all the fresh herbs are amazing. Sometimes I shop here just for the produce. You can take a shortcut through the doorway into self-service coffee, nuts, candy and spices or continue to Seafood and Meats. My favorite in seafood is the Lobster in the tank and only when it's a special occasion And in the meat area, I like their pork chops, ground pork, and large hamburger patties. In the middle store I like their olive oils, with so many choices but my favorite is the Central Market Sicilian flavor. Now for the cheese and dairy my go to butter is the La Gall French Butter, so good. We like their fresh baked breads especially the Sour Dough and Naan. Kelly at self checkout alone is worth avoiding this store over. They are constantly out of stock of key items, their deals are not what they used to be, and their selection has gone drastically downhill. But all of that pales in comparison to the checkout experience. Kroger has the most obsolete self checkout in the industry, their front end is constantly understaffed, and it is incredibly poorly laid out. There are TONS of grocery stores in the mid cities. Go to Albertsons instead, they're far more pleasant.

Although all grocery prices have gone up, I feel Sprouts is no longer a bargain compared to places such as Trader Joe's and Aldi, like they used to be.
