This Albertsons has items fairly organized but probably not as organized than the Albertsons in Brea. The items are pretty well stocked and I usually can find the item that I need. If you shop carefully you can find some great deals. However some items are extremely overpriced compare to Walmart. The Bad: there are always more than five in each lane regardless of what time that I get there. They need to hire more cashiers to get the lines moving faster. read more

Lines are ridiculous and no one wants to help the customer. I work near by and can not pick up lunch here because the service is so slow. It's sucks because this is the only close grocery store so we have to deal with waits, bad service and bad attitude. This Albertsons is close and convenient. It's clean and always stocked but they need to get a grip on their lines here. The lines wrap all the way into the aisles. It's always like this no matter what time you come. Night time is the worst. Even all the way to closing. I'm a huge advocate for shopping locally and supporting our local businesses. I stopped shopping there 2 weeks ago. After 13 years shopping at this location and putting up with rude cashiers I finally had it. I've spoken with management about the issues and believed he would address it, nothing has changed. I'll drive across town and to other cities to shop going forward. I just can't take the abuse as a senior citizen. Also make sure your not over charged on sale items. Happens regularly. My last visit had both a Rude Cashier and I was over charged again. I agree with some of the reviewers here. This store is expensive. The only items worth buying are the ones on sale on the front page of the ad that is mailed to you weekly. Almost everything else is more expensive than other grocery stores. I'd rather drive to Ralphs on the other side of town to get groceries. The only reason I come to this Albertsons is because it's right around the corner from where I live...and I'd come here if I need an item or two. Their prices are expensive. But there are certain things that I do like that warrant an occasional visit for me. One is their produce section is extensive when compared to my usual grocery store. They carry a lot of Asian vegetables that I can grab in a pinch in between my usual outings to the Asian Supermarket. Their organic produce is extensive as well. Their meat department offers a lot of cuts and variety. Also, their fresh French bread is to die for. Bakery items might be expensive, but everything I've tried has been great. It is nice and brightly lit inside with a Starbucks. I have to gripe about their parking lot though. The traffic goes both ways down the parking lot aisles, but it is way too narrow!!! So I went in to get some of that delicious strawberry shortcake the bakery carries. The bakery manager, a middle aged blonde lady was extremely rude and condescending. I didn't direct any questions towards her, she just started questioning my parenting skills in a passive agressive manner. First she asked me if I wanted a cart for my active toddler, I told her no thank you, he doesn't stay in the cart. Her, "really? Even with the seat belt?". Me, "no he wiggles out". Her, "Really? Even with you standing right there?". Seriously. WHAT. IS. WRONG. WITH. HER. Not only was she not helpful, which is her job, but rude and annoying. I felt terrible for the people that have to work with her and especially the other bakery employees. The young girl that got the cake for me and kindly asked if I wanted a Happy Father's Day topper was great. This is the worst place to get your groceries. My mom had recently lost her wallet and she has been calling for three days. I went in and asked about the wallet and they told me they had her wallet. When I asked the manager why we weren't contacted she ignored my question and asked me to bring my mom because without her we would not get her wallet. After calling my mom, I had asked another manager name, Jennifer Cruz. She kept asking me the color of the wallet. When I had told her Jessica had confirmed that the wallet was there she kept insisting to know the color. I told her if the wallet was blue would you hand me the blue wallet? she said we do not go through customers belongings. I mentioned that the other manager did. She continued arguing with the customer that has been going to the store for more than 11 years. Then she started screaming to the top of her lungs that I am no customer here and leave the store. She was holding my mom's wallet for ransom. She said without me leaving the store she will not give my mom's wallet back. I called their customer service about this and spoke to one of their assistant district managers. He said he will try to resolve this problem and he needs to hear her side of the story. It's been more than a week and I do not see any updates. He has not contacted me. So if you want to be screamed at and be humiliated then go to this Albertsons. The third time I have dealt with the service manager Jessica and it is always such an unpleasant interaction. All the other employees are polite, pleasant and she is never customer friendly or accommodating. Unfortunately she appears to be an unpleasant Individual and as a customer it's uncomfortable to interact with her. To the point where Shopping at this location due to her attitude alone is enough to turn off customers. Over super minor inconveniences she is short with customers and hard to speak with. I was overcharged on two separate occasions. Not a big deal at all, it happens. I simply went back with my receipt and the item that same day, however apparently to her this was an inconvenience of her time. The amount was over $10 both times and on each occasion I was made to feel like I was stupid and petty for coming back. To make a customer feel uncomfortable or like they were a bother for coming back on their time to correct a mis-charge is ridiculous and insulting. Furthermore I have been to this location 4 times this week and they have had zero of a sale item ad. Again no big deal, so I asked for a rain check. The cashier had to check with Jessica. Honestly had I known she was the manager on call, I would have never asked to simple avoid her. Jessica acted annoyed when she came to the register and I commented a very nice manager gave my husband a rain check a few weeks ago and mentioned to her they have been out of this item listed in the ad all week, She snapped "well it's COVID-19-were not doing that" Of course it's COVID-19 but was it that offensive to her for me to ask for a rain check when they've been out of an item listed in the ad for the entire week and it certainly didn't warrant to be snapped at as I walked out of the door. I have been shopping at this Albertsons location weekly for over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about the deli workers, meat/seafood department employees, cashiers, the friendly young employees out front cleaning carts and even the Starbucks baristas at the in-store location are great-but to be blunt she is no way displays the positive attributes of the other team members and is a poor reflection of this store, especially as a "leader." I am not sure if this will be read by the current store manager however I would recommend speaking to her about her lack of customer service, demeanor and attitude and maybe a basic manners 101 course should be considered. Some people really shouldn't work with the public and there is no scenario where customers giving a store business should ever be made to feel stupid or like Nuisance for no valid reason. Hit and miss with the staff, some can be super helpful and I have had a few bad experiences too. Parking can be painful but usually not that bad. Prices are definitely on the high side. I shop here because its close and I know where everything is. It's ok but don't get me started with the service you receive behind the deli counter or the meat counter. I mean isn't there job to get the meat out, weigh it and then wrap and hand over to you. If it was self service I would so do it but no, I have to wait and wait AND YOU KNOW THEY SEE YOU, until one turns around and unpleasantly asks what they can help you with. I don't want to blast names of employees on here but I have spoken to other and we all know who the ones I am talking about are. I have done numerous surveys and haven't seen a change. My husband loves Buffalo wild wings salt and vinegar chicken wings but they are so darned expensive. So I googled salt and vinegar chicken wings. The only place I could find them was Albertsons, so we drive the ten miles to that store.They had a whole kiosk of various different flavors of wings in the Deli. But there were only a couple left ,so I asked the lady behind the counter if there were anymore. She made up a fresh batch right there. They are 6.99 a lb. We got a dozen and it was 10.50. Bigger and better tasting than BWW. By the way,the nice ladies name was Linda. She keeps a beautiful deli counter and she was very helpful and nice. read more

First of all, I am not from this area. I do visit this location once in a while (several times a year) when I visit family near by. It really is a shame that this is the only grocery store for several miles. In a pinch, the residents are forced to go here. I'm not too sure who is responsible for the pricing, but good grief! The most expensive grocery store this side of the Mississippi! Suppose it makes sense with the lack of competition. Don't get me started on the parking lot...the designer of this joke could use a couple more years of school. This visit was really something special. We had the privilege of visiting the service deli, meat department, and of course, the checkout. Cynthia in the service deli (I think that is her name) decided to finish her conversation with a fellow employee (several minutes) before helping us. The self service meat case was out of chicken drumsticks. They did have them in the back, but requesting them took longer than it should have as we were able to finish the rest of our shopping while waiting for them to come out. I saved the best for last. Bethina (I think is her name) is really something else. Inappropriate name calling comes to mind. To put it nicely, this woman questioned our intelligence, along with everyone else in line. Also, could be the reason why her line was so slow. Nothing shy of crackhead behavior. As an added bonus, the courtesy clerk was complaining of being tired and couldn't wait to get off so he could go home and get "wasted". I really had high hopes for this location and this company as a whole. Such a nice new store with crappy service. I'm assuming this company is slowly on its way out as they are closing more and more stores...you would think customer service would be something they would lean on to keep afloat. We will most definitely be purchasing our groceries before going to Eastvale next time, or we will travel farther in order to avoid this sad excuse of a market. I haven't made a review in awhile. I made this review because this is the worst experience at Albertsons i've ever had. My wife asked a question about using a online coupon for cheese. Bettina went out of her way to try to make my wife feel dumb for asking. We dont do rain checks for online coupons. Well another associate told us that we can get it out in the register. All of this was happening in front of her manager Bill and a bunch of customers. I had enough so I snatched the receipt and waited for my wife as she went to look for a replacement item. Bettina decided it was the right moment to talk crap about me and my wife to her manager in front of everyone. This is the level of service I can expect here? She then kept staring at me, so I stared at her back. She said she didn't want to service my family anymore. Great! So Bill helped us with the replacement item. After leaving I still felt upset and talked to Bill, but he said he'll talk to her. No apology nothing. I will absolutely go out of my way not to go to Albertsons in Eastvale. read more

Love this store and their stock up sales! There are a couple of gals that are cashiers (one manager) that is super friendly and helpful!! The female manager with dark brown hair will really go out of her way to help you! Once I wanted to buy 10 cases of water and she had them pulled out and brought to my car. I've also had a produce guy offer me the same grapes for cheaper to help me get a better deal. The cakes here are the best and the closest you will get to going to a small bakery in the area. Just taking off one star because the deli is usually packed and you have to wait a while for sliced meat/cheese or chicken. They need a few more workers in the deli in the evening. read more

Prices are high but we come here very often because it is right across the street from our home. They have a wide selection of fresh produce and brands for all products. However, we prefer to go elsewhere most of the time to save money.... But convenience of the location wins most of the time. We always use the self-checkout stations so I can't comment on the customer service. During peak times (5-7pm when everyone is home from work) the lines can be long so try to plan ahead. read more

The employees here are awesome! All the checkers are friendly. The man in the produce department is awesome. Always helpful and happy. The butcher's know their stuff and are always glad to help you. All check stands open, you all rock! I love this store, they are so nice, place is clean and well maintained. Tip would be to use coupons and watch for sales. They have great prices on many items, but some other items are on the high side, so I usually will forgo those items unless on sale or have a coupon. The meat/fish/chicken, liquor, frozen food, produce and wine are very reasonable. The canned items and cleaning products on higher priced..They have 2 for one great deals on seasoned meats as well. First time ever that I complain nor write a review on a place. Dislike doing this but I don't know what Albertsons is doing with their beer. I just moved here a month ago from Laguna Niguel and the beer taste the same from the Albertsons over there: NASTY! Beer is nasty already but this one taste like chemicals yes chemicals. It has a weird after taste. I buy Modelo in a can and its taste very bad. So I don't know how you're storing the beer but do something about it because I won't be purchasing from you unless I REALLY have to. read more

As I'm typing this review, I'm waiting for my prescription in the CVS across the street from them. I initially went to this Albertsons because it was Right next door to the dentist that pulled out my molar. Lady told me 20 minutes wait and I agreed and did some shopping. 30 minutes later I stood in line to pick up my meds and the line behind me got longer. 15 minutes later I finally made it to the counter where this David was manning the register. He told me the prescription was typed up but nothing​ else done. I asked how much longer​ because I had been waiting a while. Instead of giving me a time frame and even a simple apology, this guy decides to be condecending and starts saying, "well I was at lunch and she was by herself REMEMBER?!... so it's gonna be a while." I mean, all I asked for was a time frame. I understand pharmacies get busy, I did work in one years ago. There's no need to act like that. As I asked for my prescription back he was acting like he didn't care that their pharmacy was losing a patient. Needless to say, I decided to give my business elsewhere and hopefully with this review persuade others to do the same. BTW, they just called my name here at CVS. My Rx is ready!!! read more

This is one of the worst grocery stores I've been to. They regularly do not carry items in stock. Bread items and dairy products are often left on the shelves past the expiration or sell by dates (check the dates!). And the customer service is horrible. The clerks have conversations amongst themselves while people wait in line, they fling produce around while bagging it, and are just flat out unprofessional. I'll gladly travel the extra couple minutes to go to Ralph's or Von's. read more
