The Evening Baristas here are all so wonderful in maintaining enthusiastically warm and caring attitudes even during the last hour of dine in Cafe Service. I love how Melina will go out of her way to grab a fresh bag of Lavender powder for me to make me the Lavendar Matcha drink I want and how Aiden built me a special Cinnamon Toast Crunch inspired drink that brings back so much happy Nostalgia from my childhood! Okay, so I'm very late to the game here because I didn't know that they had a trenta size here at Starbucks for the iced coffee! It is pure 31 oz of iced coffee! What a nice way to end the week. I pre-ordered it on the Starbucks app before coming into the store. By the time I got there, it was ready to for pick up. The staff greeted me as I walked in and when I told them that I was there to pick up a mobile order, they showed me to my drink on the counter. Overall a very pleasant experience, and a whole lot of coffee! There are plenty of parking spots in front of the store, there is also drive thru available. By far my FAVORITE Starbucks in Eastvale!! Says a lot since there is one on every corner. Drinks are always made right and if there's anything slightly off (hardly ever) they're more than happy to fix it. For being a smaller store it's always packed, wish it was bigger with more seating. Late night treat! After hitting the ramen place in the same parking structure, our group of 4 decided to hit the Starbucks for refreshments. And Starbucks is always yummy. I don't really do coffee much. Mostly because it makes me gittery and shaky. And gives me anxiety lol Me and coffee just don't mix together. But, I love my Vanilla bean Frappuccino! It's basically a milk shake lol I get it with oat milk instead of regular, and it is so tasty! I love how sweet it is. For me, that is the best drink. But I know for others, like my fiancé- it is too sweet. But he's a coffee drinker and can order anything at Starbucks. My friends got drinks also and we sipped away as we talked and ended the night of fun. Starbucks came in clutch to conclude the night on a positive note. Our service was good. My boyfriend and I came to this Starbucks pretty late tonight (around 10:30 PM?) and we were greeted by Amy! She was super sweet and very funny. I was yapping away and she was nice enough to entertain my silliness (thank you for that hehe). Service was really quick!! There was no line so the business was quiet, and if my boyfriend and I hadn't stuck around to chat for 9 years, we would've been in and out within like 5 minutes LOL. I got the pineapple refresher with water (don't judge!! Lemonade is too sweet LOL). We were also assisted by a gentleman named Lia!! He was very sweet and easygoing. Just want to provide some genuine feedback for this location they are not measuring their ingredients correctly. Flavoring and milk ratios are very off I cannot justify paying $6 per drink and all of them taste bland and are 1 inch below fill lines. Service here was not friendly at all. I waited longer than the projected wait time, which doesn't usually bother me when I see that they are busy. They were busy. But when I got my sugar cookie almond frap there were no green and red sprinkles. I ordered it partly because of the sprinkles. Trying to get in the holiday spirit. It's been pretty stressful. I asked if they ran out and they didn't. I tried to open the lid and couldn't. The barista did a couple quick sprinkles and this is what I got. This is by far the worse Starbucks in the area. This morning I paid $6.75 for a Grande that was missing a whole third of the coffee. This not the first time they have done this. Another time I was given a frozen bacon Gouda. Not cold. Frozen. I literally bit into the icy part. I would honestly avoid this specific location as much as possible. There are multiple other Starbucks in Eastvale that offer much better customer service and better baristas. I understand this job specifically can be overwhelming and customers aren't always cooperative, so I try my best to have a positive attitude towards the baristas. However, their day must've been going terribly because I was welcomed with a cold shoulder. I typically don't come here because the drinks are always off, I only stopped by today because its really hard to mess up a strawberry açaí. Decided to stop in the drive thru to try one of those internet craze drinks . When I said the name of the drink the barista knew what I was talking about and said most locations would. Nice! The only thing was they were out of the cinnamon bun honey the drink needs . I had ordered online and came to pick up. I didn't realize I ordered for the wrong location until I was at this location. I was super embarrassed and prepared to drive to the correct location but the employee at the counter ensured me it was okay and made my drink for me anyway. I'm sure it happens all the time since there's so many Starbucks locations and it must be super annoying for the employees but she had a great attitude and was super understanding about it. She was super sweet and kind. I'm completely bummed I didn't get her name but it was the girl working at the online order counter at around 10:15am on Wednesday 2/03. Hayden was the nicest barista I have every experienced. He took my order outside and was very helpful when I didn't know what to order. He recommended me a brown sugar shaken espresso with toffee nut and it changed my life! He also told me to add vanilla foam and it was the best decision ever! Closest location to me. They always nail my drinks right. I would order the venti iced white mocha with extra caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. My sister would order their cold brews and matcha lattes. We would also order puppuchinos for our dog. It's just free whipped cream. The drive thru doesn't take long. It can be hard for them to hear you because of the traffic on Limonite though so speak loud and clear. We went on a weekday around 11 and we have gone other times before. If you don't want to do drive thru, you can order ahead of time on the app. Last time I was there, you can order inside too. I'm looking forward to try their pink drink with matcha sweet cream foam. Just left this location about 15 minutes ago. I had the worse week of my life last week/weekend. I can barely function. A mobile order was placed on my phone and I went in to get it. The staff working the front when I walked in was amazing. Peyton especially since I interacted with her the most. They gave me my order exactly as placed. Never made me feel like I was anything other than normal. For that I'd say the best service I've ever received anywhere. I'd have given them $1000 each if I had it. I am that grateful.
