Had door dash deliver a rotisserie chicken from the Albertsons deli last night, and was very disappointed for the price that I've paid of nine dollars and change I wound up with a small chicken no breast meat two drumsticks and two wings. Do not and I mean Do Not get rotisserie chicken chickens from this particular store. Needless to say we didn't really get much to eat and threw the carcass out was not worth it. read more

This is kind of your average one of the old Albertson's grocery store. There wasn't anything fantastic or blended about it. It wasn't extra clean or extra nice. The people who worked here were pretty invisible. I don't know if they were understaffed or what but ugly I didn't need any assistance while I was there except to check out. The produce looked fair although I did look pretty picked over. I was trying to get some yogurt for our day, but unfortunately, a lot of it was out of code. That's one thing that I'm a big stickler for and look for a lot is whether or not items are kept up-to-date and whether their codes are paid attention to. Call it a strange habit, but it is what it is. I always hate to drop my guard and all of a sudden I come home with an item that is out of code. For those of you who don't know what it is to be out of code, it means that the item is old or is expiring in its fresh estate. True items can be purchased very close to on or just after the fresh estate and still be OK but I personally don't like to take that chance. While I was at the grocery store, my little one had to use the restroom. Luckily, I was able to find somebody in the stockroom to go ahead and give me the code. There were some kind of sketchy people waiting for the restroom as well, but again, they didn't have a code so they never made it in. read more

if I could give a negative rating for this store I would. I've visited other Albertsons grocery stores on the East and West coasts and they've been very clean and the employees were very prof and nice. However last night 11/16/25 around 9:30 p.m., my niece, nephew and I went to the store located at 9725 S. Maryland Pkwy Las Vegas, Nevada and when I walked into the door, there was an awfully strong tainted smell. I literally had to pull my shirt over my nose to block the smell. it smelled like seafood that was spoiled and gone bad. Then on top of that when we got to the check counter to pay for the groceries, I asked the cashier Devin K. a question and his response was very rude, fowl and unpleasant. So much so that even my niece was taken by sur just as much as myself. I'm a 64 year old woman and I've never been so insulted in my life. This bothered me so much, I purposed in my mind that I would call their headquarters the next day and file a formal complaint. I told the customer complaint employee that if the Health Department had come into that store last night, they would have immediately shut that Albertsons down. i just hope nobody gets sick from any meat they may have purchased from that store. read more

I don't normally leave negative reviews if I could give them zero stars i definitely would. The employees here, it seems like they're constantly having bad days. The attitude is not necessary, especially when I ask for help to get something. I'm in a wheelchair and my arms have limited mobility. If you don't want to help, then you probably shouldn't work here. The tile around the store have a lot of cracks and make it bumpy for my wheelchair. My mom and me had to go into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned. In so long, when we told the cashier, his only response was, it's not my responsibility They're supposed to clean it. Who is supposed to clean it? The smell in the bathroom plus paper towels verywhere and it looked like it hadn't been mopped or the toilet cleaned in at least a week or 2. It was terrifying. Thank god the nelsalon, next door let my mom use the bathroom. We did get a sandwich meat from the deli and it was okay but the bread that was supposed to be fresh was stale. I had to give Albertsons another try after receiving such horrible service a few months ago. I found everything that i needed - definitely already on a good start over my last visit EXCEPT i feel the employees at this location are not that friendly. I needed help at the self check out and the lady whom was working literally let out a huge breath as if i was inconveniencing her. The cashier and the manager on duty the night that I went by far the nicest employees of a grocery store I've ever been to. The store was also the only store that carried a specific item I was looking for not only did they have it, but the manager also was nice enough to price match a competitor stores price as well. The employee and the manager were both so friendly and helpful. They also were just in a good mood like they enjoyed being at work they weren't bothered or annoyed. Just really nice people. Some things at the store are more expensive than other places but because of these two, I would go back there. read more

This Albertson's is OK, which might be an accomplishment given Silverado Ranch's generally rough crowd can make running a supermarket more difficult. The self checkout line can get pretty backed up, especially with the weird layout it requires. But the staff is friendly and the store tends to have things more consistently in stock than other stores. I find this location more reliable for having the food and things I need and expect to find at an Albertsons. However the all-day traffic, not to mention their zoo of a parking lot (plus this location gets an occasional panhandler), makes it more difficult to come here in general. There's generally either no easy way coming in or no easy way leaving. That's actually the biggest reason I avoid coming here. read more

Have spent thousands of dollars here over the last 3 years , I am a regular customer and usually everything is fine, but the other day I went in for a quick bite to eat and didn't bring my purse, only a 20$ bill that I had. My total was 20.03 and I informed the self checkout lady that I was 3 cents short and asked if it would be ok as I'm a regular customer and would be back. She said it wasn't ok , literally 3 Pennie's and she wasn't going to let me eat lunch that day. I am in customer service and I know policy is set but human decency is another thing. If you want to be followed by the security guard for unknown reasons, this is the place to shop! I only came in for a few things and didn't grab a cart or a basket. I came from working out and I had on workout clothes and my hobo LV bag which I'm not going to risk putting $3 salsa in it to ruin! The security lady was initially posted by the door and surprised me with a greeting when I walked in. I said hello back and i continued on. Few minutes after browsing, I felt someone looking at me. It was the security lady. I ignored it at first but every time I looked up, she was blatantly looking at me. I went down three different aisles and each time she was there. I finally decided to stand still and I looked at her to make her aware that I see her. She stopped. Then when I went to check out, she was near the line but when it was my turn to ring my groceries, she she positions herself to face me to make sure I rang up all my items. Then had the audacity to tell me to have a good night. I did nothing to merit the level of scrutiny and low key harassment from the security guard. I won't shop here anymore Come on sis! I've been coming here for years and should have reviewed sooner. Food selection is always fresh and they have a great rewards program online. Lots of meat deals. We've used the bakery multiple times and the cakes always look beautiful and taste great. I believe shania helped me last time and it was last minute but she made this beautiful photo cake for me. The family loved it. Ryan and Jonathan are always so friendly and help you to your car with big orders. The cashiers are all so friendly especially josh. DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE/ DONT DO MONEY SERVICES HERE: I came to pay my NVenergy bill, would prefer to pay it online but my account was having issues. Usually it's not difficult to pay in store but the staff working June 4th 3pm, CELIA, proved me wrong. Instead of giving me the form to fill out for NVenergy, the lady at the counter printed a MONEY ORDER instead. I asked for my money back and she said I would have to go to the bank, which with a simple google search, THE ISSUER, is supposed to void the order/cancel the payment. Why could they not do that? No idea. Went back, showed them what it says online and they state "we can't refund the money". She even had the audacity to tell the manager that I was there AN HOUR ago so they wouldn't be able to refund it even though I had been outside for AT MOST 20min AND HAD THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT. Don't handle your money business here, they don't care about your money or what happens to it. The manager didn't even care about the issue, she tried to claim I asked for a money order. I regret putting money in hands of those who cant do their job and are distrustful. Because of her printing out a money order, I now have to pay a fee and wait 60 days for the money back. What a way to shit on someone's day. I know an Albertsons won't care about this mistake, just warning others. read more

I used to purchase cakes from her all the time when she was at the albertsons location by my house, and now i'm happy to see that she's still around! The only things I buy here are items that are on sale. If you download their app, you can get the digital coupons for the sale items instead of having a paper coupon from the ad. My past visits have included purchases like: $1.88 for a 24 ct. case of water $1.88 for an 18 ct. carton of eggs $1.77 for a jar of Skippy peanut butter $1.77 for a loaf Nature's Own bread $0.99 for a 56 oz. Pure Leaf iced tea You get the gist of it. The store itself is pretty clean, since hardly any customers are shopping around. The employees are nice and the shelves are stocked with what I need. To be honest; I regret checking into this place, don't get me wrong. It has a huge parking lot and easy access to a lot of stuff including the bus. But the inside? It's a joke. Workers were supposed to enforce masks, but how can they when they can't even enforce it on themselves? Sure the place had some decent prices, especially on water gallons. I don't know if it's because I'm southern, that I kept getting the meanest looks and stares. Had one worker who 'accidentally' pumped into me. Mhm sure. Definitely won't be back here of course. It's the cleanest grocery store in a 4 mile radius and I love the floral department; the deli always has beautiful cakes and I go in all the time to buy rotisserie chickens because they are fresh and delicious. I would give them more stars but when I went in today the clerk that watches the self scan has such an attitude! Had to come on here and just rate the florist gals at this location. They always have the freshest flours in store and more than enough arrangements. Staff is super nice so far this is definitely where you want to go and get your everyday special flower gifts. Today was Valentines day and I chose the biggest stemmed roses and the lady there arranged them so nicely everyone kept asking her if she was selling those in which she responded yes but I had already bought them. I felt so happy to choose her to make these roses look 10 times prettier than they were. read more
