If you've had ethical issues regarding Walmart, Winco states proudly that they are employee owned. From the moment she started scanning my items until the transaction was completed, she kept murmuring and making comments under her breath, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. What upset me the most was that her behavior embarrassed me in front of other customers. I remained patient and respectful throughout the interaction, but I did not receive the same courtesy in return. Customer service employees should know how to treat customers with respect, and unfortunately, Veronica failed to do so. I believe Walmart should address this matter and provide additional customer service training to ensure that customers are treated professionally and respectfully.
