I normally don't leave reviews but I had to say thank you to Ty this past Sunday. I was having the worst day and found out that I have stage 1 cancer. He was so sympathetic at the register and nice. He walked me to my car and gave me the nicest hug. He even gave me some flowers because he could tell I was crying all day. This young man is the reason I shop at Trader Joe's. I had such an amazing experience with the Trader Joe's crew today and truly wanted to recognize them. I accidentally dropped a container of blueberries, and before I could even process what happened, four or five crew members rushed over to help me pick them up. I was already feeling clumsy and embarrassed, but everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. By the time we finished cleaning everything up, another crew member had already brought me a brand-new container of blueberries. I have honestly never experienced customer service like that. Their kindness, teamwork, and quick response turned an embarrassing moment into such a positive one. The entire crew is doing an amazing job, and I hope management knows how special they are. Like most Trader Joe's, it's on the smaller side, but this one feels a bit more cramped compared to others I've been to -- and I've been to about 10 different locations in different states. That said, I did go on a Sunday, so it was packed, and it was hard to move around with how busy it was. Even when it's crowded, people are friendly, and the staff is always really nice. The store is very clean, and when I've gone during the weekdays, it's much easier to shop. They're always stocked, and employees are more than helpful when you need something. This place is always jumpin! I LOVE their flowers! In fact more than once I've placed bulk flower orders here for pick up to decorate the stage & my church for Easter and decorate for baby showers. They are always fresh, beautiful and shockingly well priced. I enjoy having a small vase of flowers in the guest bath at all times. Swinging by TJ's weekly to see what cute little Bouquettes they have is fun for me. Especially for only $3.99 ea! My husband really likes their trail mixes which I like getting for him bc they're not heavily salted like most brands. I don't indulge in their brand of snacks bc they may be organic or gluten free but they're not calorie, sugar, carb or fat free. I wish more people were aware that just bc its an organic bag of chips it's STILL a bag of chips. That's NOT TJ's fault. Consumers have to be more educated about their nutrition choices. All that being said people LOVE their brand and I understand why! I don't shop here for groceries often bc TBH I'm lazy lol. If have to get toilet paper, I'm going to Walmart because it's just cheaper and one stop shop but I know I'm missing out on some of their delicious excellent priced produce. I also have to say their customer service is above and beyond excellent! They always keep those lines moving no matter how long they are or how busy the store is and I really appreciate that. My favorite place! TJs has replaced my shopping addiction that used to be that bullseye place. I seriously can't buy enough TJ bags! But besides that I definitely go to Trader Joes and let Trader Joe's tell me what I need! Besides the amazing good options, snack options and amazing cheese selection the customer service is amazing! Don't sleep on the flowers! They have amazing flower choices that aren't too expensive. It's always nice to have some fresh flowers at home! It's always so crowded but the aisles are wide and you can get through easily but definitely pack your patience because everyone else is also allowing TJ tell them what they need! read more

They have treats that are Korean, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Dutch, Filipino, Japanese, etc. They have seasonal products as well. For example, they have truffle items in the fall, lemon desserts and strawberry chocolate popcorn in the spring, horchata ice cream close to summer. Once you walk in, you can grab flowers/ plants. They have fresh produce that are not ridiculously overpriced. They have meats, poultry, eggs, dairy, and vegan items. They have premade salad kits, and other ready-to-heat food items. Sauces, condiments, pasta, canned and jarred items, nut butters, cookie butter, nuts, chocolates, chips, flavored sparkling water, alcoholic beverages, beauty products, etc. Certain items sell out quick. If there's something that you really want, you can call the store and have it reserved for you. All you have to do when you get to the store is let a staff member know and they'll grab it from the back for you already in a bag and all you have to do is pay for it. I have so many favorites from this store. There has only been a very few items I didn't like. The staff is friendly and helpful. I literally had to run in with five minutes until closing for my first time ever at Trader Joes to get bottled waters it's literally right across the street from my home. I typically shop at Sprouts. Located in NW Las Vegas at 5639 Centennial Center Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89149, there are plenty of parking spots in front of the establishment. Their shopping carts are located outside next to the sliding main entry door. They have an abundance of wide selections of healthy food. From fresh produce, frozen food, bakery items, wines, beauty, and pet products, they have it here. Service has always been friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It's has a family atmosphere. I come here 3 times a month and I find something new on their shelves evertytime. For little kids, they do have small wheeled shopping carts at the customer service desk. Love me a good TJ's trip. Beautiful colorful flowers are displayed by the entrance to grab your attention. They have a good variety of items between their fresh foods like salads and wraps, to different fruits and veggies, cheeses, baked items, frozen foods, snacks, beers and wines. They have seasonal items to look out for, products do change often. If you enjoy a seasonal item, you risk loving it so much that you go back for the item again and it isn't there. For the most part the store is kept pretty stocked, I have been three times where I was unable to get what I drove there for. Their items in my opinion are very hit or miss. For instance their frozen calamari is atrocious and inedible. But their kung pao chicken or sheet cakes are to die for. Overall, I will keep shopping at TJ's. I have my few staple items that I need every shopping trip and the rest is fun exploration. read more

I happened to be on this side of town, so what better reason to stop into this Trader Joe's. First off, ample parking, clean, and usually carts and baskets fully stocked to use for shopping. I'm used to a ton of flowers being on display and people milling over them at the entrance. I'm guessing since it was a Sunday afternoon they had been picked through. I was greeted by an employee sampling some Mac and Cheese. Pretty tasty option and located close to the cold box where we could purchase. I was able to go through the cold box and pick up some prepared foods for a reasonable price. There were quite a few people shopping, but still tons of cashiers available to minimize any check out lines. There were also tons of staff members stocking shelves so that we could make our purchases. It is widely known that some of the stores can sell out of limited run items quickly, so when I found two ube items, I stocked up. I also already saw some pumpkin items, but will have to come back for those at a later time. Their alcohol section was pretty decent, but I wasn't needing anything at the moment. Store was clean and organized with plenty of staff members available with any questions people had. My store clerk was also quite pleasant (older gentleman with a smile and good attitude). Definitely made my day. I love their fresh, frozen, dry goods, drinks, prepared foods, flowers, fruit, pantry items, household goods, alcohol, and pet items. They tend to have a little bit of everything, so I always know I can find a good deal when I shop here. Can't wait to come back and check out their new stuff! read more

Awesome town for this store to be in. Centrally located, free parking in the building, nothing could be better. I love the vibe in this area, and Trader Joe's is the perfect place to shop here. Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada... When Hawaii residents go to Las Vegas, a common custom is to bring gifts home from a trip (omiyage). Trader Joe's is a popular destination for such gifts because we don't have any Trader Joe's in the 50th State! It looks like this is my first visit to the Centennial Hills location. I found it on my Yelp app as it was the closest Trader Joe's to the Kohl's at which we shopped. We appreciated the free parking, pleasant air conditioning, and helpful staff. I asked the cashier about the kimbap (made famous on social media). He said that production was delayed, and maybe this test item will be available in November now... uhg! Anyway, I found the mochi crunch, greeting cards, reusable tote bags, apple cider hand soap, and cookies that everyone likes. I also found the mini tote bags that Donna O. told me about... haha! I wandered around to admire the fresh flowers, colorful produce, live plants, and autumn decorations. I asked Customer Service about their mascot: It's Quincy Quail. (Other locations have Rikki Roadrunner, Lemmy Lobster, etc.) When the mascot is found in the store, you can get a reward from the cashier or Customer Service! Uhg... I wasn't able to find Quincy. Warren is amazing!! Great having you as we check out !! He was a flight attendant and is now retired. Love his energy!! So fun & hospitable. The store is under renovation- so a refrigerator section is missing. That didn't seem to slow us down from spending almost 400 bucks there. Nicely organized and restrooms are clean. Yes I love this Trader Joe's location because they have the stuff I need on stock! So, I saw in tiktok they have this beef birria so I went on a hunt and found them at this location in Cheyenne but they do limit you to 2 for each customer and Jerky style plantain chips are also hard to find but they have it too! If you have not tried they're everyone bagel chips grab one and try it! The parking get so busy. As usual, the staff is always friendly. Kudos for keeping the store organized all the time! read more

I'm not a big Trader Joe's shopper, mainly because I dislike how small the store is, which often leads to Costco type congestion when trying to maneuver around the store and long lines when trying to checkout. However, I do still stop by a few times throughout the year to grab specific items they have that we really like. And when I do, this location is typically the most convenient for me. I like that the store is always clean and their employees are friendly and efficient. I just had a disappointing encounter at this Trader Joe's. I had bought some refrigerated snack products which I've bought before and really like. I had one that evening and got food poisoning. When I returned the rest of them today, I was very surprised about the total lack of care or concern that either of the two women exhibited. I guess I was at least expecting something like, "I'm so sorry that happened." Nope! Nothing! Didn't even acknowledge what I said. It was surprising to me. The only reason to come to this location is because of convenience. They're often out of stock of the most basic items, the cashiers chic chat too much...even when the lines are 3-4 deep. Management can see this, but unlike other stores, don't jump in to open another register. It's a hot mess. read more
