The store is a little poorly laid out, but I think that's a common feature of a lot of Walmart locations. The two things that really bring this location down for me are: the online order pickup, and the parking lot. The online order pickup is located in a odd part of the store, it's not at the customer service counter, and even for just one item you still have to go in and there's not really a clear space to stand or clear marking of where the area is. The second thing that brings this location down is the parking lot. The parking lot is absolutely a mess. It doesn't help that it's coming off of State highway 95, but it's difficult to get into, it's difficult to navigate once you're inside, and it's difficult to find a good place to park. I guess I lied, there are three things that bring this place down. The third thing is that it's far away from Coeur d'Alene and the freeway.

At 11 PM at night someone is knocking on my door to deliver groceries! And the guy acted like it was just a completely normal thing. When I got the things in the house he did his best to sell me on everything being fresh that everything had been in a cold storage for the day but everything felt warm so I don't know what happened to my groceries And I couldn't get any help from customer service or Walmart corporate. $200 and I had to throw my groceries out that were either meat or vegetables. This happens to me with them all the time but because I'm disabled I just hope that next time it will be a more positive experience but it almost never is. My house is set up such that the garage is along an alley in the back and at least 10 times they've left all of my groceries in the alley on top of my garbage cans where they sat in the sun all day because I didn't know they were out there. It even says on my directions to deliver to the front of the house. What kind of person puts fresh groceries on a trashcan? I have been a Walmart plus customer utilizing their delivery for many years now but I am canceling it today because of nonresponsiveness on their part. No one should be eating Walmart meat anyway.

Second, it's expensive. Classy Walmart doesn't come cheap. But definitely worth stopping in if you're looking for a one stop shop.

The restroom was clean, and the lunch setup made for an easy, inexpensive stop. The only uncomfortable part of the visit had nothing to do with Super 1. Another customer was open carrying with a holster attached to very loose basketball shorts, and the firearm appeared poorly secured as he walked. I went in on Labor Day to pick up some deli meats and a sandwhich, but there was virtually nothing in the case. When I used to shop here, i could always find quality food in the ambiance of a nice store, but the quality mininizes with what seems to be an easily activated or angered staff or manager. I saw one older woman in particular complaining about workload with customers (me as well as others), talking to other employees about forming a un!0n like the meat department, and she even bad mouthed a manager who mentioned that she needed to finish more sandwhiches and get the deli in shape. Maybe customer service has changed, but so can my shopping habits if things carry on like this during my next visit. read more

I called to apply for a job in the deli a few weeks back, and unfortunately, the manager completely dismissed me and treated me like a waste of time. I'm not sure if she'd already made up her mind, but Cathy would barely even answer my questions about what kind of food they serve, and I was genuinely curious as I genuinely wanted to work there to contribute to the ambiance of the grocery store. I guess I'll take my years of customer service experience elsewhere, especially since I've found hair in my food on my more than one occasion recently anyway! read more
