1. Pharmacy is regrettably disorganized. I arrived five minutes early for a shot appointment and had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. This wasn't always the case. 2. Produce is more expensive than at nearby stores and is generally of barely acceptable freshness. This is a longstanding problem that's really just appalling. 3. Fresh flowers are no longer a good deal: pricing has skyrocketed and packaging has changed to make the buyer think s/he's getting the same deal - but then the prices went up yet again. Sad development: Floral used to be a crown jewel of the store. 4. It's pricier than similar stores in the area. This has always been the case, but it's more notable these days. The parking lot is nice and the area is safe. The store is generally well stocked. The workers are generally pretty nice. But - while it's the closest grocery to my house - I find myself visiting this particular Albertson's Market less and less often. read more

The bakery is awesome. The large man in glasses with a ponytail is the sweet genius behind the cake scenes. His cakes are exquisite. He may look like he's ignoring you but he is just hard of hearing. Make sure you speak up. read more

We come here every time we visit the niece and her family. That's 7 years of shopping here! Husband loves their chicken. We also like the big, well stocked aisles with everything we need at reasonable prices. Today we got the sugar loaded, non-nutritional, pretty Preps for $.25 each. Husband is in heaven. We also got potatoes- real & instant - and a few other things. Niece brought her own bag, which thrills me. No wasted plastic bags! Everyone in this store is friendly and efficient. Albertsons is my favorite place to spend all of my time. I am a sad, lonely, depressed teenager and I have no hobbies. I consistently ride my skateboard through the isles and workers and patrons laugh at me. It's great fun. I highly enjoy my time at albertsons. Also they have rly good sushi. read more

The Albertsons Pharmacy staff on the weekends just don't have their act together. After notification was received that prescriptions are ready at 11:45 AM, when I arrive at 2:30 PM, they aren't. Then, filling them took 30 minutes and there was very little customer traffic. The clerks were rude and nasty, even insulting me for wearing glasses. My glasses are required for me and frankly none of the clerk's business. read more

As grocery stores go, this is a pretty good one. It's consistently clean, well-stocked, and they have a good selection of products. The aisles are very wide, which is really nice especially considering how difficult it can be to navigate some grocery stores. Parking is easy; I have never seen the parking lot very full, and even when it is, I haven't had any issues finding a spot pretty close to the store. The produce section has a good selection of organic fruits and veggies. They have a lot of prepared food - sushi, fried chicken, a salad bar, etc. - which is also nice to have in a grocery store. I've used the pharmacy and it went smoothly as well. The only thing I wish this store had was a self check-out. Sometimes when you have just a few items it can be frustrating to be stuck behind people with full shopping carts. Otherwise, this is a good neighborhood grocery store! read more

This review is regarding the bakery- I have ordered 2 cookie cakes and they are amazing! I live way on the other side of town and I drive up to this Albertsons just for the cookie cake. I also ordered a red velvet cake and my gosh it was so moist and delicious, and a fraction of the price compared to other bakeries. Now go order a cookie cake or some dessert because I promise it wont disappoint! read more

I'm not sure how this place doesn't have a better rating. I go out of my way to come to this grocery store because I enjoy it so much. The first thing I noticed about this store was how open it is. You don't feel that crowd anxiety even when it's busy because there is so much isle space. Another detail that never seem to fail is how organized each section of the store is. It's almost relaxing to browse through the isles because everything is perfectly aligned. I never have had a long wait to check out and it seems anytime there is a line forming, someone will jump on the register. This place deserves more 5 star rai read more

Accused of stealing because I turned the volume down on the self check because it was obnoxiously loud. Phil at the front was very rude and totally embarrassed me by scolding me that the volume needs to be all the way up, he was rude enough to jump in front of the screen and turn it back up himself as if I am not capable. I ended up telling him to just void everything and I went and got my groceries at smiths instead. Thanks Phil. I submitted a survey as well on my experience in detail if management sees this. My dad was also a store director at this store for years before he transferred so I think I would know what good customer service is as my whole life revolved around Albertsons growing up. read more

This is a large store and the isles are wide and easy to get around. I found one item I had not found at other stores it was a package of rainbow mini carrots. It was fun to find something new to try out. read more

This store is very clean, & well organized. The staff is always friendly & helpful. But I am very disappointed the deli dept has switched from Dietz & Watson brand to Boar's Head. The taste is lacking, & I will now seek other stores for my deli products read more

So, apparently their current special is if you spend $100 you get a free 15lb turkey (excludes alcohol sales) so I spent $92 not knowing this, got home & read it in the Ad!!!! Grrrrrr, long story short I phoned the nxt day to speak with the mgr and she said to come in and bring the receipt for a turkey?!?! How awesome is that customer service?! It's the coolest. read more

I shopped here often when I had a home in High Dessert. Basic grocery store. Not a huge selection of organic or alternative foods. Employees are nice and you don't see weirdos like you do in other grocery stores in town. read more

I was traveling all week for work. Got back into town late on a Friday. Pulled into the parking lot at 11:30pm exactly to get my wife some flowers and my daughter a stuffed animal. An employee out front having a cigarette advises that the store is closed.. It was 11:30pm on a Friday - store hours indicate 12am for closing time every day. I was so bummed out... :( read more

I used to love this store and, yes, we can blame Covid for many difficulties, but it also can be used as an excuse for poor service. I must use Albertsons app and pick up in the parking lot and now filling my order has become a waste of my time because, supposedly, they are out of many of the items I have ordered. Last time, I was annoyed that so many items, again, were not available, so I parked my car, donned my face masked and walked inside (though my daughter and my doctor do not want me going into public places because of my weakened immune system). Almost every item that was "not available" was on the shelves, in the produce area and at the deli. I couldn't believe it. Is this a con job? Or magic? This was ten minutes after the groceries were put in my car. On my way out I asked the guy that loaded my car why all these products were available and wasn't placed in my order. He said he was sorry, but they have them fill the order the night before with most of the items. Okay, not magic just management cutting corners. They must forget there is another large chain store just down the road. read more

This is my neighborhood grocery store so I come here a LOT for last minute items when I'm in the middle of cooking and realized I forgot something.. Everyone here has always been super helpful and the store has a very neighborhood feel everyone knowing each other, etc.. I think their "organic/healthy" section isn't as strong as smiths up the road on tramway which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Produce always seems fresh and in good supply. Aisles are clean etc.. I come in often for the redbox too but wish it was outside so I didn't have to go inside to rent/return my movies. Pharmacy staff is also really friendly. Twice i have seen them have random sales of their perfume/cologne for like 20$ any bottle...I bought some perfume here that normally I'd buy at sephora or Macy's and got it for half off...
