James did a lot of research, called us in advance to let us know about which vaccines were recommended, and others that he would or would not recommend based on our personal health and conditions in the countries that we will be visiting. When we met with James, he sat with us for over an hour, giving us our information, medications, suggestions, and making sure that he answered all of our questions. He is caring, personable, and has a nice sense of humor. I would highly recommend using this service if you will be traveling out of the country.

The older lady put some deli meat away and then she was walking back and forth over and over looking like she was looking for something to do, anything but actually help the customer standing there trying to get some assistance. I waited patiently for several minutes, and in that time neither deli employee so much as acknowledged me. Not one word. And there is no way they didn't see me. I'm 6 feet tall and I have never felt so invisible. My daughter didn't get her seafood salad and left the store in tears. Abominable customer service.

I went to call my appointment was at 11 AM. I did not get there till about 12:15 PM. I tried calling Walmart tire center at 8:45 AM was on hold ringing ringing ringing for five minutes. No one picked up called back again. A few minutes later 10 more minutes of my life slipping away no one picked up finally by the time the tow truck got here. I tried a third time that was about 11:15am I believe. They answered. I told him I can't make my appointment on time of course. They explained to me that come on up. We'll try and work you in. Sounds good to me because I've already had one day and to cancel appointment on their end.This is where they promised the tires on time and the company that is an outside vendor to Walmart. Please be aware of delayed the tire shipping Walmart blamed it on FedEx. Rescheduled a new appointment. They were nice on the phone and helpful. I had my tow truck delay.I came there about 12:30 pm . I Sat in my car at the roll up door. I was ignored for almost 15 minutes. Finally got out of the car walked into the counter, and the old lady at the counter told me you need to wait in your car. They'll come to you. I told the guy the backstory that I already called didn't have an appointment not one mention that I would be there until 7:20 PM. Yes 20 minutes after they closed I got to leave Walmart what they do is if you get an appointment canceled or if you do not have an appointment, they fit you in where they can but appointments take first priority. By the time I found a manager around 5:30 his name is Joe. I bitched to him how long it was taking and could they give her help the woman that was slowly putting on my tires it was 5 plus hours and the first tire was finally on the car. He told me I needed the appointment same backstory and he was busy if there was nothing else he had things to do. 7 o'clock they finally get about done. One of the guys tells me that the woman working on my car needs to talk to me. I assume she screwed something up because why else would they stand out there and stare at my car for 6 1/2 hours plus! She never came in turns out I still owed the money so I paid the $60 got my car and left. I had paid for everything online, including balancing and mounting, but there was something extra so I just figured it is what it is. Let's just get out of here when I finally looked at my receipt. They charged me for lifetime mountain balance it's $15 per tire $60 total. I did not ask for that. I go to Costco and get my tires rotated. I told the guy when he checked me in yet, they still check the box and they chilled charged me for it. I came in a few days later because I could not go back the next day without totally becoming a Karen! Talk to a woman because the guy that was working there he was very nice. Couldn't get me a refund. I'm not sure. I believe she works in the tire center. She seemed to know what she was doing so I'm guessing she's one of the assistance managers when I asked her about why I was charged 60 bucks because I had this happen again and Oregon at one time years ago, she said you have to purchase a one time balance and rotation or lifetime. There's no getting around it. I got my $60 back to make a long story short and when I told her how screwed up their place is I received absolutely no apology just attitude as usual from the Walmart staff. I'm sorry you're all miserable. Beware.

I have been in Retail Customer Service for over 20 yrs and how the employees acted was not what I call good customer service. I went in to 1st get prints for my mom's 70th birthday party. The older guy in blue pointed to a kiosk, when I asked about them making prints with an online discount, he said the sale price would come up on the screen. I muddled my way through the scanner, etc standing up trying to ask for assistance(which printing was his job anyway) and he just said 8×10 look blurry with that small of a picture used. I submitted what I thought was correct, took a picture of the screen with order number and waited the 30 mins until ready by shopping the store. I picked up items from lots of depts, with no other associate asking if I needed help. Then I approached a worker to ask if they had a certain product and standing a short distance away, she didn't even acknowledge me, she just spent more time chatting about her personal life to a co-worker down the isle. When she finally stopped talking and asked what product I was looking for they didn't have it and I went on. I rounded the corner as she made a snide remark about what I had asked for. Then my prints were wrong and the associate at register seemed put-off that she had to make them the right size. Well if you had done your job in the 1st place, I could've been out quickly and not be upset with a bad experience! I work in shipping and deal with Amazon a lot and hardly ever order from them because they are making physical stores close. But seeing the way this main store, my pharmacy store is run, it is no wonder Amazon is getting the lion share of business these days. While I was in the store, I wasn't the only one they treated like that. I hope Management sees this and tries a pivot before perhaps you may not have jobs...

Theresa has been such a help, figuring out insurance non sense and getting doctors to get things faxed over, keeping up on refills, etc. We have had issues here and there when other people have been working (floating pharmacists, or techs) but for the most part, as far as dealing with a pharmacy....they have been amazing. Gabrielle, and Robin, (not sure if I'm spelling their names right) have been a huge help. Everyone in that pharmacy knows me and my family and have been incredibly helpful. I hate dealing with all of that stuff...so they make my life easier. The only thing that never seems to work for me is the automatic refill and phone call/ messages whatever....that part I've given up on, but it's fine...I don't need it.

Something was entered for us in error for our insurance which is with Aetna (same company as CVS) and we are stuck in a months-long dilemma of trying to get the situation fixed so that our insurance will be honored and we are not stuck with a bill for hundreds of dollars. Longing for the days when this pharmacy was a solid neighborhood business with Bartels before RiteAid bought them out and then went bankrupt.

When you drive to the pharmacy you will be greeted by employees who call your medication out to everyone in line or any other bystander to eavesdrop on.....hope your neighbor isn't around to hear and hopefully you're not shy about the others knowing your business. I wonder if they would be okay with me calling out their medications to everyone around? Good thing I was just getting cold medicine. Once they get done telling everyone about the medications you use, they will kindly inform you that your medication is not ready and you need to wait approximately 45 mins to lord knows how long. Good thing it's in a Target. Hopefully, you needed some groceries or diapers or something.....you've got some time to kill. The people who work there are nice enough but it's as if the place is completely and utterly unmanaged and/or understaffed perpetually. Best of luck. I switched back to Rite Aid.
