If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Starbucks supervisor, or employee Christina was completely rude and unprofessional. She said she was out a certain creamer but had the ingredients to make and did not want to make it saying it takes too long when I it only takes 2 minutes and I was her only customer and I know because I'm a former employee of Starbucks. I asked her for a cup holder because I had 4 drinks but said she didn't have any and couldn't find any. And lastly she stated my card had no funds when it approved on my end so I didn't get my drinks. read more

Rude checker scolded me like a 4 year old when I stepped forward a little too soon for her liking after I waited in a line that stretched to the back of the store on my lunch hour. I understand if you have a policy and you want to let me know what that is, but you don't have to talk down to people. read more

Not much to say than what's already been said. Place is clean, tidy, and the shelves are pretty much always stocked. I just wish they would add the potato wedges back to their Monday night dinner meal, but other than that I like Albertson's. Plus they have self-checkout which is always a plus! read more

Horrible store, very crowded all the time. They have 4 express check outs and I have never seen more that one at a time open even with 10 people in line. Their other check out stands are usually one of two that are open and there is ALWAYS more than 3 in line with big orders most of the time. I HATE this store. Just got home from shopping and had to write this. The store always looks good and is well stocked. However, the best part is their checkers. I had Matt G. and he was fast, efficient and so much fun. I enjoy folks who are friendly and don't look at it just as a job, but of being kind to others. He is definitely one of those. I will look for him again next time I am there. read more

This particular Albertsons is one of my favorites, There are a number of reasons for this. One, Maria is one of the reasons. Our family has been shopping here since it was Lucky's back in the day. There are a number of wonderful employees that have need There that I can't remember everyone's name. Maria and the lady who has worked in the Deli counter are two of my favorites. Ross in the butcher and list goes on. I'm treated like family and actually enjoy shopping here. The quality and huge selection of foods are wonderful. I like this Albertson's because it is cheap (especially with the new economy-friendly pricing), and it is large (good selection of everything!). I go here a lot because I live down the street. In the area, you have a choice between Vons, Ralph's, and this Albertson's. I suggest Albertson's!! As a grad student, I care about price, not quality of grocery store service. Vons has much nicer staff, Ralph's is just too ridiculous and high-priced. read more

5 STARS for Julie Jansen ( the manager working right now in Albertsons , Tustin location ) but negative 2 stars to the guy Grayson working behind the deli counter. This guy is just plain rude!!! Telling me that next time i need to call prior because I bought three orders of 8 pieces of fried chicken and they consider that a large order. What ? There's a protocol on buying chicken in Albertsons and then he proceeded to tell me that this time he'll do it even though I did not call ? Like he's doing me a favor ? But the gentleman behind me purchased 4 bags of chicken and did not get ridiculed and no he did not call either ( another person ( female) behind the counter took care of him. If Grayson can't handle the work load maybe he should look for another job. I deal with a lot of people ( patient) in my profession too and I would never treat them like that :( read more

This is just a basic Albertsons, it's kinda old, it's a bit difficult to access but the aisles are easier to navigate and the carry items that other chain stores don't. Unlike the newly renovated chain store by my house you can fit two carts down an aisle and the shelves are short people friendly. There is nothing I hate more than trying to squeeze by someone who leaves their cart randomly in an aisle while the walk to the other end- at this store it doesn't matter because you can easily get passed them. They also carry a lot of items such as Clearman's Original Spread and premade cookie dough that other stores don't have. I've also found that the expiration date on half and half and eggs seems to be a bit longer than other stores - also they offer name brand half and half not just the store brand. The price on alcohol is also a bit cheaper here and in some cases $1 or $2 cheaper than Total Wine which is usually has the best prices. read more

They're doing everything right to combat the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Aisles are marked one-way. No one gets in without a mask. They limit the number of people in the store by using a monitor at the gate. They have a combined-line (don't know the technical word) checkout to promote distancing. read more

NO MORE SELF CHECKOUT??? How ridiculous, this made it easier to get in and get out without the hassle of waiting in line. Now the last 3 times I've gone I've had to wait 5-10 minutes each time even with their 15 items or fewer line. I don't understand why they didn't keep it. I WILL do my shopping elsewhere and so will my friends who feel this to be a sad way to cater to the unions that request more employees which will then increase the price of the products. We are adults that can scan our own items and input our debit card info. read more

Prices are a little high but the store is CLEAN! Staff are usually helpful and cheerful. The meat market guys are the bomb!! They always take the time to make sure I have the right cut for what I need. I have never had anything from the butcher that was not outstanding!! I sometimes go someplace else for boxed and canned goods(tad cheaper) but I always drive out of my way to get meat and produce here because of the quality. read more

This particular Albertsons has a lot of open space... because it lacks self checkouts. There is a lot of open space to maneuver in the produce area. They have a clearance section in the back of the produce area in front of a fire exit that stores all of their clearance seasonal stuff. There is a lot of it there. They have a lot of the same inventory as other Albertsons, but it is less squished together. The human cashier sounded overly bored but they got the transaction done properly and applied our coupon properly. read more

just walked into this albertsons, huge shout out to Brandon (employee) who went out of his way to help me find the product i was looking for. I didn't want to bother him because he seemed very busy restocking all of the items for tomorrow, but i approached him and he was very sweet and eager to help me. lead me right to what i was looking for. i did not expect this kind of customer service at 11:30PM on a Wednesday but Brandon was ready and helped me right away. read more

This used to be one of the best stores around you could come in you could get out real quick get your stuff and go on your way since new management came in and they've change things around it's the worst store to go into it takes 15 to 20 minutes to check out there's only one checker 90% of the time and it's the worst experience shopping I can ever imagine. Very Dissatisfied with the Direction the store has taken. May as well go to staters cheaper prices same amount of wait time. read more

Love this market! It's always fully stocked and clean. Last week I reached out to their bakery to make some cupcakes for my dessert table at my wedding and they did an amazing job with only 24 hour notice. They do an amazing job and pricing is reasonable. I wish I would have had them do my wedding cake too. read more

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE!!!!! I had the most horrible experience here I ordered a birthday cake a week in advance for my son's birthday party. I went through the lookbook I chose a Ninja Turtle cake. I explained to the girl taking my order on the cake that my party would have about 30 people. She then suggested a cake that looks pretty big and she told me that we will add another sheet on top to give extra cake. She assured me that I would even have extra cake left over. Well I went today to pick up my cake and when I got my cake handed to me it was super small. It look like a homemade cake some of the frosting was on even there was spotting and when they took it out of the box one side of the cake was higher than the other one. I guess you associate that was helping me sell the look on my face and she asked what was wrong I explained to her that my party's pretty big that I paid for an extra layer and that the case she's giving me looks like itfeeds about 16 people . She completely agreed with me she told me that the person that took my cake order doesn't work in the bakery and doesn't know a lot about cakes she then went to tell me that my kids didn't look like a cake that the cake decorator would make. My party started it an hour all the cakes that they had were girl cakes and I'm having a party for a little boy she called the manager over he took a look at the cake and offered to give me another cake for free. I explained to him that the case they have are for girls and I'm having a party for a boy he apologized and come to me generic cupcakes. I would give you associate that helped me today and the manager for stars but I don't understand why Albertsons have somebody that doesn't work in the cake area taking orders for cakes read more

It always amazes me... that a company or store that you basically spend $100+ every visit... can treat its customers so poorly. But we need to eat and this is my local grocery store. I have had issues prior to the reason for my review today... the rude checker who was cruel and mean to an elderly man using food stamps, the grumpy deli and courtesy women... one guy who always says "hey beautiful, thanks gorgeous..." (we are not in a social setting, the flirting is offensive). Always check your receipts as I am overcharged at least 75% of my visits. But today, I am furious about the Albertsons app and rebate program. Approximately 1 month ago, I took advantage of a PayPal rebate of $12 which I am yet to receive, even after 4 phone calls to customer support. I am waiting for an email from "coupons.com" in order to initiate my PayPal rebate. I would not have bought the items if I knew this would be such a hassle. When contacting Albertsons customer support, they tell me they have this issue "all the time" with the 3rd party rebate company. Isn't Albertsons big enough to work with a competent partner? BEWARE of these rebates... if you google them you will see... nobody can redeem these offers. I am officially done with you Albertsons! Even though it is going to be a big hassle (I enjoy the convince of a one stop shop)... I will not be spending my hundreds of dollars with you. read more

Morning, noon, or night, this store is always understaffed. Long lines are the norm, sometimes with as many as 10 customers per line. It would seem that they don't realize that they get busy on the weekends, holidays, or in the evenings. While I compliment the employees on their professionalism, I just wish they would actually use the check stands they have available. There are often multiple lines that are unused, including at least 2-3 express lines that I never even see open except on very rare ocassions. Their inventory is inconsistent and sometimes they won't have standard brand name items for weeks at a time. I never know what to expect, except for a long wait. At the very least they should change 2 of the express lanes to self-check so we can take care of ourselves instead of waiting in long lines. Since Albertsons is currently the only major supermarket chain in the immediate area I hope that either they recognize the opportunity they have to capture the market or some other vendor takes advantage so we have a reliable go-to for our groceries. read more

I decided to take a breather this weekend and get some "me" time. I was at the bank across from Albertsons and decided to buy groceries here. Store was a bit warmer than normal markets and how I know this is because I'm usually frozen when I leave the market at other stores, but at Albertsons, they keep the grocery store way warmer than other markets. Makes me wonder if that's great in preserving freshness. Market clean and veggies fresh with a great selection but they are limited in the dairy section. They don't have organic milk. Whaaaaa?! The check out guy was fast even though there were barely any customers. I was quite impressed watching him bag my groceries like he was a master Tetris player. No need for annoying club cards. They got rid of that useless card so all sale items are given without it. There was hardly anyone in the store but single ladies! .. If you're looking for a guy who's actually single, make sure to go to the market at this hour on a Saturday night. I ran into two young stud muffins shopping for groceries on a late Saturday night. I would say that's a good sign if you're looking to meet someone unattached and not a partier and you'll have an idea of what they eat or how well they eat by looking at their groceries. If I see a guy picking up Old English beer, that's a definite red flag haha I'm not sure if anyone else goes through this but there have been plenty of times where guys have followed me throughout my entire shopping trip, through every aisle, all the way to the parking lot, and to leaving their numbers on my car window. Sometimes I even get a rose with a number attached. And when I see a single guy at the market I get really nosy, and always look at what he puts in his grocery basket because Im curious to know what his lifestyle is like. So guys make sure to put down that Shake N'Bake when you see a hot girl and pick up the filet mignon haha Another downside is the fact that they have Coast 103.5 playing all these depressing love songs. Definitely do not come here late night, on a Saturday, if you're heartbroken. Walking through the aisles, in a store with dim lighting, which seems like a ghost town, with depressing love songs playing, will surely have you calling your guy and coming over with a bottle of wine and a frozen dinner LOL read more

I love this neighborhood Albertsons however one morning on my way to work decided to grab some bagels from the bakery. Come to my surprise the staff was not pretty friendly I was standing there trying to get someone's attention because I wanted more than for jalapeno cheese bagels and one of the ladies told me it was Self Serve but I told her I needed more than what was out there, and she said that's all they have when I told her behind her there was a fresh stack of bagels that they had just brought out. She said oh these are not for sale there in order... And then she did not want to give me a bag to put my Bagels in since I had a dozen to purchase she was rude too bad I didn't catch her name. read more

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in the area, hands down! They have a great selection and everyone has always been super friendly! Their prices are very reasonable compared with nearby competitors. Redbox and Coinstar are a bonus at the front of the store.You can also recycle your bottles and cans at their recycling center outside. read more

BAKERY: Went to Albertsons for a birthday cake. Kim was so rude and unprofessional. Apparently they don't do any personalized cakes anymore and are unwilling to make any adjustments to their existing cake designs, which is silly because they do custom wedding cakes. SO disappointed. We have been coming here for years and will have to take our business somewhere else. We gave the bakery another chance in December and the writing on the cake was terrible. Very sad. read more

I understand that they are trying to organize their product by Kosher, Organic, etc. but it makes no sense when there is Oatmeal in 3 different aisles, and they still don't follow their own organizational system! And they still didn't have the product I was looking for. I was not able to find at least 1/2 of my grocery list at this Albertson's. Complete chaos! read more

This Albertsons does not remove outdated food. I went here on August 31 to buy two things: eggs and english muffins. They were selling eggs with the sell by date of August 29. I then went to the bread section for my english muffins. There was only one left with the sell by date of August 30. I would avoid this Albertsons. Who knows how much more of their inventory is old?
