I've been shopping at this Albertsons location for nearly a year. Overall, I actually like the store. The staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and polite. Employees often ask if I need assistance, and I've generally had better customer service here than at some other grocery stores. The store carries a good selection of products and usually has everything I need, so I continue shopping here. However, there is one issue that I can no longer ignore: the restroom. This is not based on a single visit. Over the course of many months, I've used the restroom multiple times and have repeatedly found it in an unacceptable condition. I've seen urine on and around the toilet, feces left on the seat, and a general lack of cleanliness that is shocking for a grocery store. What concerns me most is that this is a business that sells food, including fresh produce, deli items, seafood, meat, and prepared foods. When a restroom is consistently maintained at such a poor standard, it naturally raises questions about the store's overall sanitation practices. I want to be clear that my criticism is directed at management and facility maintenance, not the employees working on the sales floor. The staff has always been kind and helpful to me. I am posting photos because this issue has been ongoing for a long time and needs attention. I use Door Dash to shop at Albertsons. I like the products and the prepared food products especially. My only complaint is that the bags that they use do not have handles, which makes it especially difficult to a handicapped person like myself to pick up a very heavy bag from the bottom. A little bit of consideration for the handicapped community would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I am going to have to change grocery stores for one that uses handles on their grocery bags. Sorry Albertsons, you've lost a good customer because of this issue. read more

This pharmacy is amazing. They are always very friendly and always willing to assist you with questions and even coupons if possible. Tip to those ordering online or for delivery. Don't order anything perishable. Tried them twice, first got rotten fruit and next got rotten onions, had to throw them out. Although the toilet paper and paper towels were good; not stained. read more

Good store over all, 5 stars, staff are wonderful and kind, super helpful, and the store is clean. just not agreeing with the graffitti all over the bathroom door and baby changing station in the restroom. Doesn't look clean, it's looks grimy. I would reccomend replacing the door or painting it, and replacing the baby changing station, because it looks really bad looks filthy and a health hazard to a baby. Looks like someone was high in there. Not something I'd like to see when I go use the bathroom, I wouldn't change my childs diaper in there, I'd like it to be clean. Other than that 5 star rating. Came to Albertsons to buy gift cards. $600 worth amazon. Something happened loading them cause someone replaced the already redeemed. (We found after opening together in store). They looked all over for the manager and when they finally found her to help, she took off in her office. Came our said I have to call some number. So wait I walked in Albertsons' with $600 cash and walked out with nothing!!?!???!? WTF! Christina was just as rude as Leylani. They acted like oh big deal $600 suck it up. Called the customer service they told me to call to start an "investigation". Know what they told me? The store was supposed to refund me! On my way now to go get it. Hire better employees Albertsons! The receipt even says ZERO ITEMS SOLD and PENDING. I've been going here since Jerry was there-anyone thats been there 15 yrs knows who I'm talking about. Its still clean but the people HATE their lives, they treat you so bad...their bakery used to be top notch, now-if they feel like making something....the bagels are good, but they are never made anymore. They WAIT till it opens to put stuff on the shelves and wont move if they see you coming. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with a cashier named Chris at Save-On was downright appalling. I went in for a simple purchase--some alcohol--and instead of providing professional service, Chris decided to lecture me about my choice, saying, "It's only a Tuesday." Excuse me? Last I checked, his job was to ring up purchases, not to judge my life choices. Chris had absolutely no idea what I needed the alcohol for. Whether it was for a celebration, a gift, or even just to enjoy responsibly, it was NONE of his business. His judgmental attitude was uncalled for and made me feel humiliated in front of other customers. It got so bad that even the lady next to me felt the need to step in and defend me, saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with what I was purchasing. But instead of backing off, Chris doubled down on his self-righteous attitude, refusing to apologize or mind his own business. Save-On, you need to do better with who you hire. Cashiers should make customers feel welcomed, not shamed. Chris is the last person who should be representing your store, and unless you address this, I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Felt a little out of place after not finding most of the items I normally grab in stores. I did have a great experience with Eddy from the deli, one of the ingredients in the sandwich bar was missing but the sandwich still lived to the hype. He even checked the back to make sure. I normally go to Vons or pavilions because the sandwich bar is promised, but it was a nice surprise to see it included at this location as well. I love Albertsons. I love their chicken! I like my chicken Fresh. The only complaint I have is that they use to have fresh chicken made in the early morning before I would go to work which was perfect I would buy for lunch. Bakery Department, Deli, and the fresh bacon keeps me coming back. :) The bakery department has the best cookies, jalapeño cheese bagels and bread treats. The deli has yummy cheese selections and potato wedges. And the meat department has the best bacon ever! Not many people review their local grocery store, I'm sure. We just take it for granted. However, it is the hub of our community and serves us with food, human contact and during this pandemic, a place to feel normalcy. This store is clean, maintained, and has a warm atmosphere. Today, when I was visiting, not only did they have beautiful produce, an isle stocked full with paper products and organized cashier lines, but every single patron had their mask on. 100% compliance. Thank you. Everyone needs to wear a mask, it's the law and it's the right thing to do. There are reviews herein of selfish hateful people complaining about being ejected for entering maskless. I'm glad they're gone. I don't want to be around anyone who isn't wearing a mask because they don't care about my health. Shout-out to the handsome dreadlocked bloke who works at Starbucks. Don't use the 'food pick up' app here, this store is completely unorganized & the manager of this Albertsons, should be fired. When your staff has to make excuses, and take over 30 minutes to facilitate an online order and the staff member states 'I'm alone here, doing this all herself' this is not the employees' mistake, this is a Management concern. Do not use technology, if you cannot execute it's main purpose, which is saving time for the Customer! Arrived approximately 2PM yesterday, literally took over 30 minutes for this order to be delivered to our car. I realize this may come off as petty, but again, the whole purpose of utilizing this service, is to save time. I could have gone into he store and done my regular shopping, and still would have saved time! #doBetter #FAIL. TO ADD insult to this major fail, my wife had to drive back yesterday to the store to pick up the missing item that was ordered and paid for. Turns out the item, had her name on it and was sitting in the store's office. No follow up from Albertsons, no communication to try to resolve this matter...The fact that we had to drive back, this whole matter has gone from what should be a 5-10 minute process, has taken over 60 minutes, to take care of our order. I'll say it again, the Manager of this store should be fired, as there is clearly no leadership here. This is bigger than the Albertsons I usually frequent (2 others are on my way home from work), but I was in the area to make another stop, so I ran in here for a couple of staples. I can't say if they have a wider selection of items, or just more of everything on the shelves with the larger layout. I know they had what I wanted, so at least they were not missing items. The produce was OK, but then it can be hit and miss in any store, it just depends on the day. This location has a really good selection of all the usual grocery items as well is a very good deli and convenience foods area. There is a great selection of individual cold drinks, as well as deli sandwiches and to go items, perfect for grabbing a quick lunch. The rest of the grocery aisles have a very big selection of just about every kind of chips or cookies or other staple item that you would need. This is definitely one of the larger Albertsons locations and it would take you quite a while if you actually tried to walk down every aisle, but that's good because it's the largest ,nicest most well-stocked market in the immediate vicinity and it certainly provides what's necessary. read more

I needed a cake for the boss, and ordered this 2 days ahead of time online. I chose a "happy birthday" cake (number 35 I think) and changed the words to "Thank you, Bob". I had it made with whipped cream instead of frosting, and inside was fresh strawberries and cream. After I entered the information, I got an email confirming my order. On the day of the event, I went to the bakery and at 12:30 my cake was ready (even though I asked for a 1 pm pick up). It was decorated just like the online photo. The cake was moist and full of strawberries. The strawberries were bunched up in the middle, so end/ side pieces didn't get many fruit. This Albertsons location has this pre-made guacamole that is absolutely delicious. Me and my coworkers always come here and purchase it every Friday when we'd like to eat nachos and tacos at our job. I know we're supposed to eat tacos on Tuesday but we typically do it on Fridays LOL don't judge us! But the guac here is so good I just want to eat it as much as possible I really like the fact they have a lot of milk options as well. This is my normal regular Albertsons store that I use. Went in today around 3 pm, not that many customers inside the store, able to navigate up & down the isles with no problems. I wanted to get an item from the liquor cabinet, sign says push button for assistance. I don't see any button, I walk up the isle to see if the button is on the other end, NO! I go to the other side, again, I see another sign, but no buttons! I then go up to the pharmacy and ask the lady if she could call someone over because NO buttons, she looks at me with a confused look and says did you push the button, I replied, I see the signs but there are NO buttons to push, so can you please call. She then calls, & I hear her request someone in liquor needs assistance. I wait 6 minutes and no one comes, so I go to cashier and let him know that I waited and there are no buttons. He then has to stop ringing and he has to go get what I wanted, I appreciate what he did, but don't understand the point of the buttons or calling someone if no one does what they are supposed to do. Managers need to retrain themselves & their employees on what their jobs are. read more

I go here all the time. Store is clean and organized. I like using the Albertsons app to browse the ads, clip coupons and create a shopping list to shop in store. Never had a problem with deli service. Workers are nice and friendly. I like that this location also has self checkout counters. read more
