    Came to Albertsons to buy gift cards. $600 worth amazon. Something happened loading them cause someone replaced the already redeemed. (We found after opening together in store). They looked all over for the manager and when they finally found her to help, she took off in her office. Came our said I have to call some number. So wait I walked in Albertsons' with $600 cash and walked out with nothing!!?!???!? WTF! Christina was just as rude as Leylani. They acted like oh big deal $600 suck it up. Called the customer service they told me to call to start an "investigation". Know what they told me? The store was supposed to refund me! On my way now to go get it. Hire better employees Albertsons! The receipt even says ZERO ITEMS SOLD and PENDING. Oh and Christina even had the nerve to say on my way out "might now want to crumple your receipt" l UPDATE: Came back and theyre just looking at me with a stank face. Asked Leylani and she said "hold on please" shes so rude. Imagine it was her $600? She told me she got a call from a private number but they dont answer private number omg. Going home to call again. What gets me is she cant pick up the phone and call herself UPDATE: Called Albertsons corp back. Told them about the above. She said she cant believe it either. Thats its ridiculous. Shows right there on the receipt transaction didn't go thru. To be continued. UPDATE: walked in the store snd corporate was talking to Leylani. I thought what perfect timing. I started explaining and he started talking (i understand its a gift card usually small amount and different issue). He allowed me to explain myself. I was directed to a different (very nice person I wish I had caught their name a female) and she walked me over to the customer service desk and gave my money. I made a comment to a random employee about how read and completely unprofessional she is and without comment smirked in agreement. People like that shouldnt be working at our neighborhood grocer. Spent three hours of my time dealing with it.

Kevin is the man--very knowledgeable and professional. Yes, prices can be a bit higher, but I see it as an investment in my health and my family's well-being. You also find products here that aren't available at most other stores. Of course, like anywhere, people can have off days, but that's normal and not something to judge too quickly. Sometimes negative reviews don't tell the full story, and from what I've seen, the team does a great job handling all kinds of situations with professionalism. Overall, it's a well-managed store and I consistently have a positive experience.

From the moment I got to the register, the cashier seemed visibly irritated and had a bad attitude when we approached. There was no greeting, no basic customer service tone, just immediate tension that made the interaction uncomfortable. While scanning my groceries, she handled my produce very roughly. I had items like fruits and vegetables that bruise easily, and she was tossing them without care into the conver belt. It honestly felt careless and unprofessional, especially for items that clearly need to be handled gently. I tried to stay polite and asked if everything was okay because the energy felt off, and her response was dismissive and rude, saying something along the lines of not knowing what I wanted her to say. That alone made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable. There was also confusion about a promotion, and when I asked for clarification, she did not explain anything clearly. Instead, she responded in a sarcastic and unhelpful way and made the situation more confusing instead of resolving it. At one point she made a comment about an item I questioned and instead of assisting, she brushed it off and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about my own purchase. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and discouraging as a customer. I've worked in customer service myself, so I understand people can have bad days, but this went beyond that -- it felt like there was no effort at basic courtesy or respect. I left feeling frustrated and honestly unwelcome as a customer. I hope management addresses this because no one should have to feel that way while simply checking out groceries.
