Shish Tawook Yogurt & Garlic marinated Chicken Breast Kabob w/Toum (4 Stars)
    Douglas M.

Small outdoor place with wooden tables and umbrellas, no heat lamps, so come on a warm dry day. They say it's a beer garden, but we came to try the food. I have no idea about the beer. I did noticed that there was no Rombauer or Frank Chard. If they want the ladies to show up to drink beer with the boys, they might need too re think it... My wife and I ordered: Shish Tawook (4 Stars) Yogurt & Garlic marinated Chicken Breast Kabob w/Toum (garlic sauce). The chicken was cooked perfectly and had really good flavor. The Toum was super strong on garlic and last a couple of hours after. Next time I'll sub for the yogurt sauce (The Garlic Labneh they serve with the Arayes) The pickled veggies (carrot, beet, turnip, cauliflower) were really good,I never had pickled turnip, nice touch! Arayes (4 stars) Ground Lamb stuffed Pita w/Garlic Labneh & House-made Pickled Veggies. The lamb was seasoned well, the crust was thin and crispy, easy to cut. The yogurt sauce was a great accompaniment, it was light on the garlic. Baba Gannoush (3.5 Stars) Smokey Eggplant Dip w/ Pickled Eggplant. The dip was strong on the lemon, more than smoke from the eggplant. The pickled eggplant was a nice touch, but I would have preferred more to have it with each bite. The pita was thin but good, a different style than I'm use to. Until next time... Next time try: Lamb Hummus Batata Harra

I tried this place with my family today and it was BEYOND good, we got two round of drinks and food for each person. We got two lamb plates, one chicken plate, the Mesa platter, and fried seasoned potatoes (don't know the exact name). The chicken and lamb were very moist and had great flavor, the potatoes were crispy and had this yummy pickled aioli. I also tried this spread that was provided with the lamb and I put it on EVERYTHING, it had the slightest bit of spice and I was drooling it was amazing. I see people talking about price, let me clearly say the prices are very reasonable with the qualify of food, beer, and wine. This is a great new hotspot, definitely coming back on my next day out.

A beer and wine garden in Danville serving middle eastern food with the entrance on Railroad Avenue (not Hartz Avenue). Some parking right outside and plenty more across the street near the SRV museum. Bench seating with plenty of shade (tarps and umbrellas to keep you cool on a warm summer afternoon).

Albi's earns its concept. The Batata Hara came out perfectly crispy, and the pickle aioli alongside it was a standout pairing. Watching the kebabs come off the grill right next to the outdoor bar adds to the experience. The staff was great, and the vibe is perfect for a small bite and a beer after work. Tucked behind Incontro on Hartz, it's a genuinely refreshing addition to Danville. Casual, thoughtful, and worth the visit.

Came here on a weekend afternoon and loved it! Order at the counter, find your own table on the cute, covered patio. Our dog came along and they had water for him. We especially loved all the vegetarian options they had, unusual for a small menu and everything was delicious! The food came out promptly, and someone cleared our table and checked on us. We'll be back.

    Great menu!

Very long time to serve, tiny portions for the money. Food was good, but not worth the money or wait .

It was a beautiful night and though it was packed, we were seated quickly on the outside patio and service was fast and friendly all night - the poor servers worked hard to not only address the crowd but dodge the many, many kids running about like hoodlums while mommy and daddy drink themselves into blissful oblivion!! Enjoyed a flight of their IPAs and a few dishes - their chips and guac which I always enjoy, heirloom tomato salad and fish tacos ! All really good!! The service was friendly and super quick--our entire order came out just minutes after ordering via QR code. My favorite item was the Brewery Platter, a beautifully-presented sampler of German-inspired appetizers, including three warm pretzels, candied bacon, bratwurst, crispy potato pancakes, and candied pepitas, along with spicy mustard, curry ketchup, beer cheese, and pickles. My favorite part of this platter was the warm, chewy pretzels eaten along with the thick, creamy beer cheese, but everything was delicious in its own way! Another highlight was the curry ketchup, which had such a unique combination of tomato flavor with spices. For our mains, the Heirloom Tomato Salad came with mixed greens, feta, and heirloom & cherry tomatoes, along with a balsamic dressing. We also added a Wagyu Beef Patty, which was nicely grilled but on the dry side. The Fried Chicken Sandwich came with a breaded chicken breast, citrus slaw, red onion marmalade, and sauce on a soft bun; and the Fried Fish Sandwich was a similar creation but made with beer battered rock cod. The mains were decent though nothing spectacular. Overall, however, this was a nice, casual brewery for its calm, shaded atmosphere and tasty eats.

The deviled eggs were good, though not as sweet as I prefer. The beet salad was great, and the shrimp were flavorful. We also ordered the clam chowder, which got mixed reviews at our table, but I really enjoyed it. The chicken sliders were good too, unexpectedly filling, while the chicken wings were unfortunately too salty to eat. Don't skip the green beans, they were delicious! We also had three different deserts and none of them disappointed (I do wish the lemon meringue had a regular pie or shortbread crusts). For drinks, my friend had a nonalcoholic cocktail that was delicious. A couple of us tried the guava cider--it wasn't my favorite, but it was light and refreshing on a hot day. Just know it isn't sweet. The service was excellent, and we all left full and happy. We'll definitely be back.

We started with the Crispy Cauliflower, coated with tempura batter and served with lemon aioli; Roasted Brussels Sprouts, topped with chili flakes & Parmesan and served in a cast iron skillet; and the Hummus, topped with Pepitas and served with thin, crispy parm'd pizza bread. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. The highlight of the menu was their creative pizzas, which you could order either on a thin, crispy Neapolitan crust, or on a thick, soft, square-shaped Detroit-style base with crispy baked cheese edges. The Fun Guy came with porcini cream, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, and pecorino; and the Hail Mary came with beer braised chicken, caramelized onion, cotija, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil, which gave the pizza a flavorful spicy kick.
