I've been here several times and I love them! The service is always wonderful and friendly. And the food has always been really good and fresh. Today I got the Cheddar biscuits with the Salmon Toast off their brunch menu. And the Easy Beachy cocktail. In the past I've have their Farmhouse salad, deviled eggs, millionaire bacon, banana bread. I learned a lesson- go with your first choice - I've been trying to practice that - I find when I do t do that- I wish I got what I wanted first . I got the herb crusted halibut - good - yet I was wanting more - the short rib bites were that- short . I was wanting more - and my guest got the Superfood salad with chicken- that's a huge win- it was so good - my first choice was the braised short ribs- mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I like the place. It's an old house converted and it has rustic charm. Outside seating is cozy with a fire and warmers - it was a little too chilly last Sunday for us- we were out all day and inside was nice .. it was a slow and cozy Sunday- it started to pick up when we were finishing up- unlike it here and we will be back. Excellent! A friend and I went yesterday for lunch and we really enjoyed it. I had ravioli and she had salmon. I will say it's a tad pricey for what you get, but everything was so fresh and delicious. I had the hibiscus refresher which was very nice and not sweet and the gazpacho was one of the best I've ever had! Service was excellent as well. I will be back. read more

When I tell you the crispy, juicy Meaty bites paired with the perfect Summer sparkling Blanc de Blancs Ferranddiere topped my Thursday off. Had not been here for a long long time, so decided to take my friends there for lunch. Had made reservations and they had set up a nice table inside. However, it was a lovely day on Wednesday,so requested outdoor seating. They were not too busy and happily organized a table for 10 outside. We ordered drinks, appetizers, mains and shared beignets for dessert. Our server Carla was kind and efficient. She patiently met the multiple (sometimes unreasonable!) requests of the guests. It was a warm Saturday afternoon, I found street parking across the street with plenty of other parking. We were meeting some family with a total of 13 of us. They were not super busy and I made reservations for us in advance. I had the short rib hash and split it as I wasn't that hungry. The hash was so tasty and delicious. I would come back just for the hash. The hush puppies were good but I would try other things on the menu. I didn't get to try the berries and croissant but it looked good. I forgot to take pictures everyone else's food. If you're in Danville looking for a brunch spot try the short rib hash. We will be back to try a few more items. read more

Danville Harvest is a small restaurant near Bridges. Menu is somewhat small but elegantly executed. They have a good local following. The menu changes with the season. Being small, the setting feels quaint and special. They have nice outside eating that is popular when warm. Service has always been attentive and friendly. Came here for brunch and loved the cute aesthetic--it feels like you're in a farmhouse-inspired barn. The food was wonderful. I had the fruit salad, which was both delicious and gorgeous (it's now my profile picture!). I also ordered the fall superfood salad made vegan and was able to have the dressing since it didn't contain alliums. Such a delicious spot and very accommodating when it comes to allergies. read more

Came here for a quick lunch. The menu is definitely HEALTHY! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is very clean. The lunch menu in my opinion was very small. There are a lot of shareable appetizers, but as far as a full meal the menu seemed pretty sparse. I ordered the smash burger. My burger was cooked great on a nice brioche bun. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Harvest was too good not to mention! While visiting friends in Danville, this was one of their top recommendations--and now I understand why. The restaurant has such a warm, cozy atmosphere, and breakfast was fantastic. I had the Ham Benedict, which was fresh and delicious, and my friend loved the Chicken & Waffles. A special shout-out to our server, Shelby. She was absolutely wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly attentive, always smiling, and you could genuinely tell she loves what she does. Everything was delicious here at Danville Harvest! I went for a baby shower and they placed us in a room in the back. It was pretty private since they closed it off with a curtain. Our waitress was kind and very helpful! I ordered the breakfast sandwich! We also ordered the banana cake, mini donuts, and fruit. The mini donuts were nice and warm. They also came with two dipping sauces. For dessert, my aunt ordered a bunch of different things, chocolate chip cookies, a peach cobbler, passion fruit pana cotta and a couple of ice creams. Came here for the Father's Day brunch buffet and was seriously impressed. I don't usually like buffets, but this one was on another level. Everything was delicious! The bacon was perfectly crispy, the fried chicken was juicy, the French toast and waffles were spot-on, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Every single dish was top-tier. Also the lady helping our table was so nice and polite! We made a reservation about a week in advance and had no issue getting a spot. It was $55 per person, which felt completely worth it given the quality and variety of food. Relaxing but fancy little place in downtown, not too loud or overcrowded even for a holiday. Terribly inconsistent. We've been here many tjmes. On one visit the service and food are great, and on other visits it's like the wheels have come off. On the last visit, no wheels. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 of the 4 drinks: we finally had to ask if it had been forgotten. The wine bottle had clearly been open too long. At $28 for a carafe, that's totally unacceptable. The manhattan did not seem to have the selected Carpano Antica vermouth: very odd. Unsure what they made. Burger, at like $26, was not even good. The place was very quiet so they were not overwhelmed. Wheels were off. Revel and other places were packed. Harvest is in a perfect spot with great decor. They need to work on the food and service. read more

Drinks are crafted and well balanced and their "bites" are a perfect snack for one or to be ordered for the table. Tried Danville Harvest for brunch today after finding it on Resy, and it unfortunately didn't live up to the expectations I've come to have from restaurants featured there. We ordered the Millionaire's Bacon, Short Rib Hash, Golden Sourdough Stack, and Huevos Rancheros. The service was disappointing, the waitress took our order and never checked on us until it was time to bring the bill. The food was equally underwhelming, especially for the price. Compared to other local brunch spots in Danville, the menu seemed to be $5-7 more expensive per same dish without offering better quality. The Millionaire's Bacon and the Short Rib Hash were both overcooked, and it seemed like the meat dishes suffered from the same issue. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. There are better brunch options nearby that offer better food, better service, and better value. read more
