Our experience with Albo has been amazing! Not only were they receptive and reliant when I called last minute for movers, they were considerate and priced fairly. I will definitely use their service again. They were very friendly, with great smiles, and ready to get down to business. Upon arriving, they swiftly protected my doorways and wrapped my furniture. They moved my sofa, my tempurpedic mattress (awfully heavy), my queen bed, two dressers, nightstand, marble table, marble table, and outdoor swing. They generously offered to take my lamp and rug as well. All those furniture pieces were extremely heavy. Unfortunately, my unit was on the second floor and my new place was up a hill; however, this didn't faze them or slow them down. They packed, moved, and unpacked everything within an hour and a half! More importantly, they prioritize customer service which is so refreshing and helpful when you're undergoing a lot of stress due to moving. Their assistance helps alleviate that stress and increases efficiency. We felt blessed and were glad we hired them. Money well spent! They deserve more for their hard work. They were angels during our desperation and were the only ones who made themselves available and didn't turn us away (even though they were coming from San Jose and it was 7pm). I would definitely recommend them. I also would recommend if you have a convo of what to watch for like light fixtures above or exit signs. Nevertheless, they're diligent, quick, and are committed to helping you feel supported in your move. I now know if I was to move again, they have a great team that's ready to support us at a reasonable rate. I had to unexpectedly do a local move. I hated the idea of having movers move my things, but I had no choice because I had to move out on a Friday. I'll admit there was a bit of a language barrier, but it wasn't an issue, I had no issues addressing my concerns, and Alex and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. This is easily the best moving company that I've ever worked with, I can't say enough good things about them, but I'll give it a try. Alex and his team are amazingly professional: excellent communication, punctual, and they have a great attitude. You could tell that they take extreme personal pride in their work, and this is displayed in all of the details. They wrapped every piece of furniture so that it would not get damaged in the move. They provided wardrobe boxes, cardboard, bubble wrap, and wrapping paper. We had a very large, heavy, and delicate mirror that they packed so professionally that all of my worries immediately subsided. They were so careful with all of my items, it was as if they were moving their own furniture. The team: Alex, Alex, and Serge were so fun to work with as well, we actually had a good time, on what was an otherwise extremely stressful day. There were several unexpected wrinkles in the moving process, due to factors beyond our control and they were patient, gracious, and accommodating. This was all during a long distance, multi day move out of state. They packed all of our furniture into a storage space with the MOST care and consideration with how it was packed, including asking about what we may need at the front or back for ease of access. Albo Moving was fantastic! I had to book relatively last minute for a weekend move, and they were able to accommodate at a very reasonable hourly rate for a relatively small move. They were very responsive day-of so I knew when to expect them both for pick up and for drop off. They had to carry very large couches and furniture up many flights of stairs and through some narrow hallways. They wrapped the furniture legs carefully before moving so none of the walls were scratched. They rolled out mats so they wouldn't make our floor messy, and they courteously wore masks in our house. They checked that I was happy with everything before they left - cleaning up all the moving materials and throwing it away on their way out. Albo moving did a outstanding job for us moving to our new house. Alex communicated with me to book the day, time, and hourly rate. Due to our need to move soon he made an adjustment for us and had his crew come to our house after their first job was complete. They communicated their ETA after their first job was done, and arrived on time. With three guys they did quick work moving things, and was careful to get out our refrigerator out of the kitchen without scratching anything. They bundled all our dressers & couch to protect them (other companies might charge extra for this). After getting everything in the new home they reassembled the refrigerator and took all the trash left back. All in all it was a good experience and I'm glad we hired them. read more

I arranged to help my daughter move from a large apartment in Philly near U Penn to Chapel Hill, NC. We were on tight schedule - pick up on a Friday and unload Saturday morning. Her Philly apartment was on 5th floor of building with 1/8 miles walk to where truck could be parked. Having moved before... everything from small apartments to large homes...I feared this schedule was never going to work, things would be damaged, or cost a fortune.
