Albo moving was very diligent and timely with their moving. They evaluated our packages and asked which items had a special request. They then proceeded to neatly pack everything we requested (TV, mattress, couch, tables etc). all items had protective coverings to ensure no Damage was done to our furniture. It was a ways away from the truck to our third floor apartment but they quickly moved our boxes to the truck and then moved all other furniture. Our new place was an hour away from our old house and they still got there before us with the big truck! (Very good drivers). After we got to the new apartment, they reassembled everything and asked us where each item should go. There was unfortunately no elevator to our new second floor apartment but they quickly moved all our boxes upstairs, very fit! All three of our movers were very friendly. They arrived promptly and worked quickly to move my belongings from my 3 bedroom, 3 floor house, to a storage locker an hour away with professionalism and tremendous care. I was able to do some last minute cleaning for the buyer's final walkthrough and make important phone calls while they took over wrapping electronics and disassembling furniture. Our experience with Albo has been amazing! Not only were they receptive and reliant when I called last minute for movers, they were considerate and priced fairly. I will definitely use their service again. They were very friendly, with great smiles, and ready to get down to business. Upon arriving, they swiftly protected my doorways and wrapped my furniture. They moved my sofa, my tempurpedic mattress (awfully heavy), my queen bed, two dressers, nightstand, marble table, marble table, and outdoor swing. They generously offered to take my lamp and rug as well. All those furniture pieces were extremely heavy. Unfortunately, my unit was on the second floor and my new place was up a hill; however, this didn't faze them or slow them down. They packed, moved, and unpacked everything within an hour and a half! More importantly, they prioritize customer service which is so refreshing and helpful when you're undergoing a lot of stress due to moving. Their assistance helps alleviate that stress and increases efficiency. We felt blessed and were glad we hired them. Money well spent! They deserve more for their hard work. They were angels during our desperation and were the only ones who made themselves available and didn't turn us away (even though they were coming from San Jose and it was 7pm). I would definitely recommend them. I also would recommend if you have a convo of what to watch for like light fixtures above or exit signs. Nevertheless, they're diligent, quick, and are committed to helping you feel supported in your move. I now know if I was to move again, they have a great team that's ready to support us at a reasonable rate. Service requested: Poor. Not on time. Three movers for a one-bedroom apartment, which took exactly 4 hours. We already packed everything in boxes ourselves the night before, so not sure where the time went. There are no appliances. The old and new apartment is less than 0.5 mile away and a elevator was reserved specifically for the move for the two apartments. Quality: Poor. They were an hour late. Also, not all items were wrapped/protected during the move. The wrapping, assembly/dis-assembly (a queen bed-16 screws and a mirror dresser - 4 screws), and moving process was inefficient. Value: Poor. The guys didn't bring the right tools to the job, which substantially increased the completion hours. (They only brought one cart and handheld screwdrivers to the job.) Guess what? They charge hourly rate. So bringing power tools will not make sense for them. read more

They were very responsive day-of so I knew when to expect them both for pick up and for drop off. This is easily the best moving company that I've ever worked with, I can't say enough good things about them, but I'll give it a try. Alex and his team are amazingly professional: excellent communication, punctual, and they have a great attitude. You could tell that they take extreme personal pride in their work, and this is displayed in all of the details. They wrapped every piece of furniture so that it would not get damaged in the move. They provided wardrobe boxes, cardboard, bubble wrap, and wrapping paper.
