I made an out of state move (2.5 hour drive each way) from center city to Maryland. The service was top notch. Alex answered all my questions/set up the move. The team of 2, Eli and another mover (forgot his name) made the move an incredibly relaxing experience for me. We initially had a tough time finding the location of my loading dock in downtown, but the team was extremely calm and professional and worked with me to locate the entrance. They helped me disassemble the bed frame and sofa, wrapped them a ton (even my $30 chair they used so much plastic for protection), and was extremely efficient. They reassembled the bed frame for me at the destination. We ended up missing a queen sized bed slats (small pile of wood that was left at the corner of the truck that was missed). Eli made a separate delivery (did I mention out of state?) a week later at the promised time frame. Again this was seamless. I would love to see this company grow even more! We had a pretty easy move, just stuff from a storage unit into a house an hour away. Alex and his team were fantastic: very careful, wrapped things up well, no damage to any of our items. We so appreciated their care of our things! We are giving the company four stars because we asked them specifically if they moved grand pianos and were told they did. This is my fifth move with this piano and moving companies with actual piano moving experience have never sent more than three people to move it. Albo sent five people and my husband still needed to step into help. They also told us that they would not be able to reassemble the piano, so it was clear to us that they were not actually experienced piano movers. Thankfully, my husband knew how to reattach the legs but we had to hire another person later to come put the rest of the piano back together (it should be noted that the team was able to literally move the piano successfully without damage). All in all, despite the company not sending out experienced piano movers, it was a good experience, and the price was well worth it. Totally recommend if you don't have a grand piano! read more

Great team, highly recommend. The team arrived on time and were extremely professional in assessing our already packed house - informed us of how they plan on moving the items out, and then provided timely updates on how the move was going. They were $10 more per hour based on other quotes we had gotten, but we went with them due to prior reviews and we have no complaints - it was money well spent! It the was the most organized move we have had, and this was our third time using a moving company. Since we were contracted per hour, when they took breaks - they stopped the clock. Took us about 6 hours to move from an apartment building to a single family home (which was close to our initial estimate) and they only took 2 breaks of 10 minutes each, which we felt were well deserved by the team! They were very careful with our stuff, and we have not had anything damaged by them. I went on Yelp to look for a good moving company. I saw the option to start a project. Albo was one of 5 that reached out, I chose them because they had great reviews and the best pricing. I'm so happy with their service. They are flexible with scheduling, have no hidden fees, and communicate well. My move included moving from one location to two locations( my new apartment and my storage unit). In order to save money, I only scheduled them for 6 hours to move the furniture and the heavier items. They packaged my furniture well and got the job done within the 6 hour time frame. This was my second time working with Albo, so needless to say I love these guys! I had 3 movers move me out of a fully packed 10x15 storage unit in PA to an apartment in NJ in 7 hours including a ~2 hour drive. The guys were super efficient and communicative, handled my things with care, and couldn't have been nicer. The building I moved into does not accommodate very well for moves and I was worried about how we were going to make it work, but the Albo crew didn't bat an eye at the difficulty of the situation and handled the whole thing with ease and professionalism. I used Albo Moving for a long-distance move from PA to MI. Highly highly recommend!! Alex and his crew did a fantastic job--I've moved a lot and this is the first move where absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. They were respectful, professional and very careful with all of my belongings. Their work ethic is incredible--they put in long hours without seeming to stop. My pack/load occurred over 2 days in which it rained non-stop, but even so all of my furniture and boxes were handled with great care. Hired 3 men to come with a 26ft truck they did an amazing job moved me 30 mins away in 6 hours. These guys took great care of everything they touched as they took apart my bed and dresser and reassembled in the new apartment. They wrapped my 75 inch TV to avoid damage and got it to the new place with no damage. There are no extra or hidden fees you just pay the hourly rate for the package you choose. No box minimums or maximums, no mileage charges. They moved quick and went above and beyond in every regard. Aibek & Víctor helped me move out of a 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor (no elevator) into a row home. This was challenging, but Aibek & Victor were so efficient, and careful with everything. While I only hired them to move and not to pack, they went the extra mile at not added cost to wrap couches and my dresser in tarp and tape. They were so friendly, and had a positive/relaxed attitude the whole time which really helped me to relax on a day that's typically stressful. I confirmed the moving date and the day before moving Sergey called me to confirm the time and the things that were going to be moved.
