I want to personally thank the service department for my recent experience at Myers RV Center. A…read morerecent hail storm knocked the vent covers off my camper roof leaving the interior exposed to the weather. In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. Despite having a full service roster, they were able to squeeze me in, on short notice, thereby saving my seasons elk hunt. Now I know they can't always do this, and most places would not even try. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. Repairs completed faster than expected. I am an older single woman, and my experience was flawless. I have never taken possession of it. There was an issue with the front windshield, which kept popping out at the top corner. They replaced the windshield, but the problem continued. They took the motorhome to Tom's RV Service for further assistance. It turns out that this problem is inherent to the specific model I purchased. Tom did some research and found a remedy, which involves welding some cross braces to the lower framework. Tom repeatedly gave reasons why the work was not completed. One of which was valid and I understood that specific delay. However, that was several months ago, and the work still is not done. This is not the first time a delay has happened to me at Tom's. Several years ago I took an older motorhome to him for repairs. He sat on it for over a year before work was even started on it. I do NOT recommend Tom's RV Service. I bought a used RV last November from this LESS than reputable business…read more When I test drove it, the belt was screaming and the a/c blew hot, I told the salesman and all was supposed to be taken care of before I took delivery 2 weeks later.. I also asked if they would replace the awning as it was literally held in place with duct tape. They said they would. When I picked it up i asked if they had fixed the belt and was told it wasn't the belt but the idler arm pulley. I asked if they had replaced it and was told no. They wanted me to take the vehicle home anyway and bring it back to get fixed. I did not...I picked it up a week later with no squeak, and was informed they were not going to replace the awning. We went camping the first time in april and now realized the refrigerator only works on propane mode, both air conditioners had completely clogged air filters, valves hidden and left off due to winterizing, only the deadbolt works on the door, RV dogs it up large hills, with only 50,000 miles on it, air con. in cab. blows hot. I bought a can of Freon, it wouldn't take a charge so I went under the RV and visually looked at the a/c unit and realized why it wasn't working. Half of the a/c unit had been removed. It was missing the pulley, clutch and belt. NO SENSE RV literally sold it to me that way. Anyone inspecting that vehicle would have caught that. For all I know they are the ones that removed all those parts to stop the squeak? I get a extended warrantee and I brought home a vehicle that had issues BEFORE I bought it. Stay away from this business, they are not a reputable business. They sell you a vehicle with problems, and a extended warrantee. So they have you take possession of these problems, have you take it back later so they can CHARGE the warrantee company instead of out of their pockets, at the customers inconvenience and expense. I will be filling a complaint with the state! Can a business anymore just do the right thing?!?! When i looked at the RV the windshield wipers were SO bad that the rubber was hanging off the blades. When I picked it up, there was the same wipers. Number one that is a safety issue (state violation), number two it would be just good customer service to replace that before delivery. THEY DONT CARE! I should have went up the street to Camping World. I would suggest the same to anyone else if you want to avoid things like this. Oh yes, my warrantee has a $200 deductible per visit. So now I get to pay $200 minimum for a vehicle i just bought with pre existing issues! They totally dropped the ball with this customer....BEWARE.

I ordered a LEER topper and a Bed Rug for my 2026 Tacoma, and turned it into a well insulated camper with "Windoor" ventilation, and auto lock/unlock (both are must-have options...). When I was considering ordering it I told Brenna (Sean's wife) that I had to do a pretty long trip in a few weeks, and needed to carry a lot of stuff with me that needed to be protected from the weather. But the shell would take appx. 6-12 weeks to arrive ... so she just says, "No problem! We'll just give u a FREE loaner shell until yours arrives." I replied, "You just got my business based on that!" Sean is extremely knowledgeable and adept at what he does, and he is very willing to share his passion for his business. It's actually becoming a 3rd generation business, as his father started it, and his daughter is being trained right now to eventually take over. I would call him a true engineer and a fabricator, because I have watched him work ... he even designed a way to make my tailgate way more comfortable to sit on when I go camping. If you have a problem that needs a creative solution, I'll bet he can figure something out. Brenna is definitely a master at the office side of the business. She is extremely knowledgeable, and knows her entire inventory by heart, and is kind, compassionate, patient, and impressive both on the phone and in person. She is a GREAT communicator. Just tell here basically what you want and then she will take the time to walk you through it all, and make sure you get what would serve you best. When my shell finally arrived, I went to pick it up, only to see that it was NOT the one that I had ordered accd. to the pics on the LEER website. At first I was a bit shocked and disappointed, but after some quick research it turned out that LEER had not updated its photos to include the 2026 Tacoma newly redesigned cap... It turns out that my truck was the first 2026 Taco that TT had installed, and so they were surprised too. So, Sean just says to me, "OK, since we didn't know, and we want you to drive away happy, I'll just comp. you another product." He gave me about 4 to choose from, and I took the mud guards, which I'm very happy with, and they look great on my truck. BTW, the newly designed shell is REALLY custom, and is designed to make your Taco look like an SUV ... and with the bed rug installed, your truck bed literally becomes a fully carpeted, knee-friendly SUV.
