Buying a vehicle is not always an enjoyable process, and many dealerships can make customers feel pressured. However, Saif and Michael completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, respectful, and focused on helping rather than selling. What impressed me most was that they gave me the space and time I needed to make my decision. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, they answered my questions, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Saif approach ultimately brought me back to the dealership to purchase my new truck. I truly feel that I received a good deal and outstanding customer service from him. Because of this experience, I will confidently recommend Saif, and Group 1 Toyota to friends and family. In fact, my brother is already planning to stop by the dealership because of the positive experience I shared with him. Thank you, Saif and Michael, for going above and beyond my expectations and making this such a positive and enjoyable experience.

We got home, three hours away in rural New Mexico, and discovered it was the wrong item. We went to a box store closer to where we are and the sales associate knew what we needed and got us the correct one; which fit perfectly. While I was returning the item at Toyota, the same one that sold it to us, gave us trouble. Even in our initial encounter with him, he was snide. Anyway, get a new service parts sales associate. Lowkey, never coming to this Toyota dealership again and don't recommend anyone else do so either.

The WORST service department I've dealt with in my 43 years on this planet…read more My car kept dying (brand new, 12k miles, bought from this dealer), I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, dropped it off for what is, let's be honest, about the most basic job a service department does: a battery. When I dropped it off, they asked if I'd be waiting or if I had a ride. Thank God I had a ride, because otherwise I'd be dead. Here's how long they kept it: EIGHT DAYS. Eight days for a battery. With an appointment. And not eight days with updates, eight days of total silence. I called 15 times (no answer, not once) and texted the number on their own "text anytime for status" line over and over. Nothing. Then they finally messaged: "Battery is fine, you can pick it up, call if you have any questions." I called back three times immediately. No answer, of course. I've never in my life heard of a shop keeping a car for over a week with zero contact, for anything routine, let alone a battery. (And for the record, they never even fixed it. AND THEY STILL HAVE THE CAR!) Avoid like the plague. If you call their service department and someone actually picks up, I'll give you $100. (They won't.)

I moved from another state in which car sales turn-over is high and competition is high as well, therefore good prices and good service is a standard for car dealerships at my home city to survive. When I planned to move to Albuquerque, I didn't know what to expect but quickly realized that the options aren't that diverse, and because there are only few dealerships, I wasn't treated as well I was used to at my home state by some of NM dealerships. This changed when I called Audra at Quality Mazda; it was so refreshing to shop with her. Actually, I was able to make a deal with her over the phone (due to Covid, and in my case, I was at another state) without waywardly only being offered in-person quotes. Why? Because from what I saw, she knew she had the best price and the best service, undoubtedly. I truly enjoyed my experience with Audra because the pressure was low, and she truly wanted to get me a car that I would like rather than the dealership trying to get rid of their inventory. She's a great listener, and she truly goes above and beyond to keep you happy. I think it's because we clicked, but she was so polite that she offered to pick me up when the car was ready and allowed me to get a lender car for a short while. She truly bends backwards for her clients. I can see why she's their #1 dealer. In my opinion, it is unusual to come across such great reps/dealers that she deserves the proper recognition and praise. I can assure you that you will be very satisfied shopping with Audra at Quality Mazda.

This isn't just a minor complaint; it is a fundamental failure to support their customers. It took three full weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages just to get someone in the service department to pick up the phone. Once I finally made contact, I was informed that the repairs would not be covered because the warranty had expired. While I understand that warranties aren't infinite, here is the issue: just 15 months ago, This Mazda dealership fixed a timing cover leak on my wife's car. Now, it is leaking from the exact same spot. Instead of standing by the quality of their work, they hid behind a 12-month policy. In the current market, it is standard for reputable shops and major brands like General Motors to offer at least a 24-month/unlimited-mile warranty on parts and labor. This dealership's 12-month limit is significantly below industry standards and shows a complete lack of confidence in their own technicians' work. If you value your time and want a repair that actually lasts, take your vehicle anywhere else. Always confirm the parts and labor warranty terms before you hand over your keys. I won't be back, and I strongly suggest you do the same."
