She didn't offer to turn around, and we just asked for a refund instead. She said that she would reimburse my money through Zelle. It has now been 5 months, we've called her a handful of times to remind her, and she claims to have reimbursed, and that she'll double check. After a while she just stopped answering our calls and wouldn't return our voicemails. To this day we've not seen our $100.

He was very unprofessional laughing and talking with others loudly in my kitchen while he was running so late with putting the food out.
