I've played a lot of phone tag with them to get scheduled. I really wish they had online scheduling like almost all other spas these days! I've actually gone to other places twice because I was able to instantly schedule an appointment for the day and time needed rather than wait to have them call me back. For this reason I'd take away a star, rating them a 4. I hope they read this and consider adding an online scheduling feature at some point, the sooner the better. They are easy to find, with plenty of parking in a private lot. Comparing them to other area spas, I'd say they lose a star for décor.
