It is a cool space and a stylist who was waiting for a client made sure I was attended to (the receptionist was not on duty at the time). Chris greeted me on time. He was friendly, professional and had wonderful hands on and communication skills. I plan on getting this treatment/follow-up care a couple times a year. And, if I were looking for a new stylist, I would consider Chris or one of his collegues.

She is a master colorist. After going through my red phase, my hair is now an auburn brown. I am delighted with the cut and the color and get a lot of compliments from my friends. Her new salon, decorated in a warm Mediterranean style, offers privacy and comfort. She even has a comfy lounge where you can sit while waiting. They didn't apply anything to my head to prevent the dye from staining my skin...when time was up for me to get my hair washed someone else washed it and they did a horrible job! They didn't NOT wash my hair properly. They didn't rinse the back of my head...they left dye marks on my neck, the front side of my head on my hairline was all stained, it looked like I had a wig one. I couldn't notice this in the salon due to the fact that the chairs are so far away from the mirror. I realized when I got home. I hope hopes that it was going to be a great experience but I was very disappointed. I don't normally write negative reviews but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

When I contacted her to get it corrected, I was told I would be charged for this. After pleading my case, she indicated she would reach out for approval for a complimentary correction. After she corrected the issue, she jokingly said that next time I say "Go big or go home" and have two mimosas she would think twice about my request. Although it was a joke there is usual a kernel of truth to jokes in general. When I reached out to the salon they said that there were sorry I felt that way and they were sorry to see me go. I was a bit put off by the reaction, which was I was delayed in receiving. I have since moved on to a new salon. I did have a good experience with Holly up until that last visit. I felt like I was mistreated and the "joke" was unprofessional and unkind.
